Not crazy about either really, but I think I'd go with Paige.
I didn't particularly like any of Phoebe's haircuts. One of the very few positive things I have to say about Phoebe in season 8 is that her hair looked the best it had in years IMO.
I preferred Paige brunette, but at least the style and cut was usually alright... I liked her short season 5 hair, but as I say, I prefer her brunette (though Rose suited the red I admit).

Rose with Brunette hair is attractive. I liked Alyssa's hair in the first two seasons, Season 4, and Season 8. Her pixie cut in S6 and blonde hair just isn't appealing, in my opinion.

I actually liked Phoebe's hair when it was long and blonde and fluffy in Season Three. But I loved it in S1 & S2 and S8. The pixie cut just didn't suit her. Her hair in S4 was horrible! Hated those short bangs - fringe to you British-types.
The red looked great on Rose but horrible on Paige because it reflected how ditzy she became. I liked it best in S8. It didn't look quite real in S4 somehow.

She never really looked like her sisters, but then I don't think any of the sisters really looked like each other. But she always looked more like a cousin than a sister - she was just too pale to be a Halliwell - which she wasn't - she was a Matthews - lucky her!

Paige was better as a brunette. Of course, I associate her change in hair colour to red with the loss of 50% of her IQ.

I think Rose looked fab whatever hair color or style she had, beautiful.
Alyssa on the other hand...she just didn't suit the pixie cut, I get she did it for a good cause I think but it still didn't fit her look.
I think my favorite seasons for Phoebe hair are 3 and 8.

Apparently she turned up with it at the photo shoot and they weren't super pleased about it. So they inserted that little line about a potion gone wrong in the first episode. That's what I heard online anyway. ---- I forgot to mention Phoebe's colour. I actually liked her blonde, but to me it wasn't a huge change... her natural brown hair was already quite sandy and light, the blonde just perked it up a bit IMO. |

Rose McGowan looked great in Red or as a blonde but
When her hair color wasn't the same as Alyssa or Hollys...
The sister thing became less believable.
Holly and Alyssa looked so much like sisters that Paige seemed like a cousin or friend without the trademark BROWN Hair
The show was trademark for Brunettes!!!
Except Phoebe is Season 3, but I sort of liked it blonde. There was still a hint of Brown in there!
Love how the blonde faded out towards Season 3's end and the first half of Season 4.
And how Paige asked in a 'Cat House' flashback, "You were blonde?"
Even though Phoebe was still SORT OFF still blonde when she met her in 4x01.

That's what I heard online anyway. Well, that doesn't surprise me. That color was not red, it was orange, and it looked awful. Paige was best as a brunette, be it Season 4 or Seasons 7-8. When she was brunette, she looked the most like a Halliwell, and her IQ was higher than 50. However, at least, her hairstyles were usually still good. Her Season 5 haircut would've been really cute if not for that awful color. As for Phoebe, I prefer her Season 1-2 look, but Season 3-early Season 4 and Season 8 aren't bad, either. I'd prefer to forget about how she looked from "Three Faces of Phoebe" through "Something Wicca This Way Goes." Sad to see Alyssa butchering her hair like that. |

Well, no surprise that she fried her hair after these hairdos:     Alyssa was beautiful in the first two seasons, with her natural hair color and a normal, shoulder-length style. There was no need for her to start dying her hair and hacking it all up. Even in Season 3-early Season 4, her hair started to look fried, and it only got worse after that. The darker and shorter her hair got, the less and less she looked like a Halliwell (and the worse her character got). Luckily, her hair looked right again in the last season (even if it's literally the ONLY good thing I can say about Season 8 Phoebe):  |

Phoebe season 2 was the best hair I reckon. The length too, but I prefer her season 1 hairstyle for shorter length.
Next up would be season 8.

Which sister had the better hair changes throughout the years? Phoebe or Paige's many hair colors Having re-watched S3 with the rewatchers and finished it. I can now say, I loved Phoebe's blonde hair in S3 . I also thought Prue had great hair this season as well. I'm interested to see when we start our S4 re-watch at the start of October. How I'll feel about Phoebe's hair when it changes. I believe it changed a number of times in season 4 with color, style and cut. |

That's tough because I don't like neither Phoebe (S3-S4a) nor Paige's (S6a) blonde hair, look. I do like Paige's brunette (S4, S6b-S8) & red (S5) hair, look, however. I don't care for Phoebe's S1-S2 nor S4b hair, either. I did like Phoebe's S5-S8 hair, however. Let me chart this:

I'm only voting Paige because she only messed up on her hair, once. Otherwise, Phoebe really is a close second ('cause her later seasons look, aren't that bad). It's just that, I think Phoebe messed up her hair, quite a lot, unlike Paige, LOL So, that's why I chose Paige.
