We find out in "Wicca Envy" that the Warlocks Rex and Hannah are aliases after killing the real Rex and Hannah few months before the series started. So why didn't we find out the real names of those warlocks before they died? Also why did they call themselves Rex and Hannah? To the sisters and the Public I get, but why in private did they talk to each other with their aliases?

Well, my take is that Rex Buckland and Hannah Webster are their real names. The two unfortunate humans they replaced just had the same names as them.
As I said, this is just my take, however, it does make sense because, as you said, they referred to each other as "Rex" and "Hannah" even when no one else was around and thus didn't have to "keep up the act", as it were.

I'd put it down to the fact that the series was still pretty new and the writers hadn't thought in that great detail about two pretty obscure villains that weren't going to be there longer than nine episodes.

And the writers didn't exactly plant out that Rex and Hannah were warlocks outright in the beginning they kept us waiting till the end to find that out although we knew something was up for up with them all the way hence why they may've used normal names for them also.

So my idea could be the correct one, that Rex Buckland and Hannah Webster are, in fact, their names. The show was totally silent on the issue, all that was revealed was that they were not the people they pretended to be (that other Rex Buckland and Hannah Webster).
If Warlocks start out as normal humans, then perhaps some of them prefer to keep using their actual names. Just a theory, mind you, but the show gave us little to work with here.
Ouch!
However, it's true, they just threw these two great characters away. Good thing I was there to rescue them from that obscurity.
