Surprisingly, despite Prue being my favourite. I relate the most to Phoebe. Me and her have a lot in common. I feel that if I were to be a Charmed one, I'd be Phoebe. Which means I'd get stuck with her passive powers.
Anyway, I think she's a very interesting character who has very.... interesting.... clothing.
I will admit this, Phoebe was always so funny and extremely fun to watch. BUT, when Cole was around... she ignored all her sisters instincts and became something that she shouldn't have.

As I recalled, Piper wasn't better when Leo occupied her thoughts. And why do any of the sisters have to think of family first over a man they might possibly love?

I love Phoebe's clothes , they're just SO me!!!! I think Phoebe and Cole's lovestory is the greatest one , cos it's full of passion , and full of troubles ; they have to fight to be together because of Belthazor, and Phoebe struggles with his conscience because Cole is evil.It shows how, quite often, women are attracted by men with a "dark side"

Even she and her sisters have committed acts that a good number of people would view as evil.

Maybe so , but I think you can't compare Cole's past action and the sisters'; even if they did things many people would view as evil , they , most of the time, had a reason for doing that . Cole , as Belthazor, was evil . When I said men with a "dark side" I didn' t necessarily mean evil men, (which in Cole case is quite true) but mysterious men , or guys that aren't too sweet or romantic and for that reason got a lot of girls wanting them; I don't know if I explain what I meant, I hope so!

Maybe Cole could have fallen for Paige after all!

They were going to explore that storyline... wouldn't really have made sense in my mind. Paige was the one who trusted Cole the least.
Phoebe is actually one of the more interesting characters on the show. She's really the one who shows the most growth in her character. (Not saying Piper hasn't changed a lot either). But I really love who Phoebe became.

It's not about comparing the sisters' actions to Cole's. It's about facing the fact that like Cole, they have blood on their hands. One doesn't have to be a demon or half-demon to be evil. There were plenty of evil humans on that show. And the sisters have committed acts that would be regarded as evil by a good number of people. I didn't. Phoebe used to be my favorite sister . . . until Season 5. Now, she has become my least favorite. And I would like to thank Kern and his writers for bringing this about. On some message boards like this one and Television Without Pity, she is known as "PhoeME". And from what I hear, TWOP tends to call her a skank, sometimes.

That's what I don't get. People call Phoebe a slut... but really... how is that different from a normal single girl? Is she expected to marry someone for the entire show? No, that was Piper. Is she expected to have a specific love interest throughout the course of the show? No, that wouldn't be interesting. She's dating.
Besides, the girls from Sex and the City have more dates than Phoebe combined and they only had four years...

I couldn't care less about how many guys Phoebe had slept with. The problem I had with Phoebe is that when she became seriously involved with a guy, she doesn't approach that relationship in a mature manner. At the first sign of trouble, she runs . . . and blames the guy for ruining their relationship. Even worse, she seems incapable of maintaining an adult relationship. Instead, she wants an idealized relationship . . . and the writers made a great mistake by finally giving her one in the end.

I liked Phoebes free spirit in seasons 1-3 too. I thought she was really funny, and she was the one that was really excited about their power not the one who didnt want them like in other seasons.

I think the reason Phoebe remained very spirited, as you guys like to say is mainly because of Prue. This allowed Phoebe to remain the youngest sister but allowed her to be stubborn. She was stubborn in the way that she often didn't want to listen to Prue (Piper wasn't the leader she is today in S1-3). But Phoebe of course always cared what Prue thought.
Things got a little fuzzy for Phoebe after the whole Cole thing. I think in season 6 she finally got back the original character she was (especially when it came to Wyatt).

I don't think so. Even worse, I believe that Phoebe's immaturity remained until the end. She still wanted an idealized relationship. And unfortunately, the writers gave her one. The manner in which she left the manor in Season 8 was very . . . I had no problems with her leaving the manor. But the way she handled her departure struck me as very tacky and selfish.
In some ways, I believe that Phoebe had regressed as a character to a point that seemed even more immature than her "free-spirited" self from the first 3 seasons.

I didn't see that episode that Phoebe moved out. How did she handle it?

I didn't see that episode that Phoebe moved out. How did she handle it? She more or less gave Piper the brush off in her rush to get out of the manor and move into her new apartment.

As strange as it feels, I agree with you 100%. I would not have had a problem with her leaving the manor if she had done it differently and on another moment. Her timing was awful and she didn't seem to care much for anything other than what she wanted at that particular moment.
