This is my 1st time posting...I am a new Charmed fan & have been watching this summer...I have a  - Why do the sisters refer to Piper's 1st pregnancy as "my favorite neice" when her oldest child is Wyatt?? I have tried to find out-but seem to be missing it. Can someone help? Thanks! |

Because the Halliwell line/ Warren line is made up of women witches; the sisters firmly believed that Piper was going to have a daughter, they didn't even have a second taought of the chances of having a boy. So while Piper was pregnent and still thinking that she was having a girl, they said 'My favorite niece" Until Wyatt was born - "The twice Blessed Child"

And just look at Grams after Wyatt was born, she did not even like him at all because he was not a girl, but at least she eventually learned how to love him anyway.

About wyatt? If so, I don't think she tried, it just seemed so obvious that it was going to be a boy, that she didn't. It cold also have beed the writers too.

Guessing it was the writers, they suddently had to come up with a whole bunch of new things after Shannen left, then its easy
to loose track when you have to throw out everything you have been working on and have to start all over again with new ideas and
a 4th sister to save Charmed.

Yah, its like a slap directly in the face, i have also tried it once with a whole lot of work i had done that could be thrown in the trash because some one else got another idea (a former boss of mine).

The show is calles Mistresses and it is going to be on Lifetime Channel but I haven't heard when exactly it will start. I am trying to patiently wait ;D
