He's not just any Cupid. He's COOP! Gotta love the guy for his work and inspiration towards is clients....especially Phoebe, who I have to say is totally Hot. LOL. Guess is goes along with bein an awesome actor. Victor Webster (Coop) is one of the best versitle actors i've ever seen.

Sorry, but his "special" devotion to Phoebe was bordering on unprofessionalism. I never saw him happy about helping anyone other than Phoebe. When Paige asked for his help, he seemed peeved and annoyed, not devoted.

ok setting something straight here...a CUPIDS job description doesn't include fighting or something out of the ways of helping people in issues of love or finding love. other then that it is out of their hands.
Coop was just doing what he was told by the ELDERS and you know he didn't even know they end up together but it happened.
You really should know the magical being before you speak.
say for example....guardian angels do what?
Angel of death does what?
Muse does what?
they all have there parts and roles and don't do something out of there own powers or job descriptions

Since this is the "favorite character" thread, I'll just limit myself to saying that he was NOT my favorite character, despite Victor Webster's hotness and acting abilities. I just could not stand the concept of the elders sending a cupid for Phoebe after all the sh*t she pulled through the years because now all of a sudden, she deserved it.

everyone deserves love not just one type or one person. it is wrong to state such a thing. To judge one person so you shall be judged yourself.
People grow from young to old....mistakes and poor judgment calls are a given but no one has the right to point fingers and say they are not deserving of the rights of happiness and true love.
and how dare anyone who has the point of view to judge that way.

After i have shown and stated what this thread is really about you continue to zero in on a member cause you dislike his opinion is childish. If this was my board you both would be warned...after it got out of hand and someone stating the rule of the thread saying just post your favorite. And i would have banned the one who childishly continued the personal attack on a member for 3 days-to a week. Harsh but i call that smacking hand and sending to the corner to think about your actions. For your 411 it didn't state in the beginning to give your opinion it stated who is your favorite....til i see State WHY keep opinions to your self. |

That post was really unnecesary. Everyone has their own opinions about other characters. There was no Actor bashing. I wouldn't say character bashing because Maracev was saying her view on the character. If every thread was a simple answer thread, then this wouldn't be a discussion board. The real problem comes to member 'bashing'. When you discuss maturity, there is the problem. PHOEBE: This is a discussion thread and it's to discuss, at least I would assume that's what people would want to do. Agreeing isn't discussing really, is it? AND, I would say that the maturing comment came from Coop and Maracev, so it's disrespectful to blame it on her. Saying WHY is understood in discussion threads. Again, that's why they are discussion threads. You don't need to specify. |

Good job stepping in The Singer.
I need to say a little something here, or more so, ask something. Why are you so offended Coop? Just because not everyone loves your favorite character does not mean they must never speak of it. Princess Mary asked who Coop was, Maracev answered a pretty straight forward answer.
The hits Prue gets are 10x worse than anything Coop has ever gotten on this board. Of course I go in and defend her whenever I can, but I don't insult posters and tell them to keep their opinions and thoughts to themselves. Everyone has an opinion and is entitled to it. The more different opinions, the better! What a boring world we would live in if we all felt the same way about everything.

You defend by attacking the poster. That's not a character defense, because you take it so personally. Debating is not against the rules nor is defending a character. It's what makes these boards go-round. And see, you think you are being told its wrong because it's you. It's not. You attacked maracev because she had a different opinion than you.
