My friend David rides a bike and owns about 3 but not when it rains or when his knee or knees depending on which ever one hurts really.

I didn't do well at Bingo tonight and had to paint my nails a different colour when I got home as the previous colour chipped after 5 days.

The weather annoys a bit. Wonderful sunshine (biking) in change with rain. You never know what to wear!

I HATE nail varnish sometimes especially on one finger which keeps chipping the colour you applied the previous evening and you have to apply that over and over again in one night even if using good top coat like Seche Vite.
Grrrr. Ranting mode.

^ I get it, but when my nail polish chips, I spend the rest of the time intentionally chipping it off, which is why I rarely use polish
Mat Kearney is amazing!

All this sending out of my files for application is slowly annoying me. And now I get invitations for applications en masse! *sighs*

Yeah, but the companies wanna have young people with years of experience. Somehow that doesn't fit well. *sighs*

Yes it is a shame especially when it's proven that older people can still have the same experience as younger ones do but get put down by certain employers 'cause of their age etc which shouldn't happen and the fact sometimes they actually know more than younger people do 'cause of their experience for e.g. like DIY when you go to the store and wanna know the right thing to buy or what's the best way to do something which an older person who's worked there longer can help you out with better than a younger person who mightn't know what your talking about which frustrates me sometimes.

Yeah, but the companies wanna have young people with years of experience. Somehow that doesn't fit well. *sighs* I was lucky. For my current job, I started in a part time position. I had some banking/office experience, but I was still a college student, so not much. I beat out a woman with more than 20 years of experience in this field. My boss said she wanted to hire me for my lack of experience. They wanted someone fresh to train. Luckily, one thing lead to another, and I ended up moving to a benefited full-time position. But then again I interviewed for a few internships before this, and they said the same thing you did. Nothing makes sense.
