What was your absolute eight favorite episodes from season seven? A poll to discover the most popular season seven episodes from current (and future) TCC members.

I loved Cheaper by Coven, Someone to Witch over Me, Witchness Protection - followed by Little Box of Horrors, Imaginery Fiends and the final. You can guess why. Some things could have done better still.

I think Season Seven is the only season where the best episode is the Season Finale.

When you think about the best episodes from each season they aren't

Be Careful What You Witch For (S2),
AHBL (All Halliwell's Eve is a better scripted and Charmed-feeling episode sewed up properly at the end and more consistent (S3),
definitely not Witch Way Now (S4),
Season 5's and 6's finale's were the worst by miles.

The exception of
Season's 1's De Ja Vu ep and
Season 8's Forever Charmed

which could be argued were the best episode of their respective Seasons...

Season 7's finale Something Wicca This Way Comes has to be it's finest episode.

Witchness Protection, Scry Hard, Carpe Demon and Show Ghouls and Death Becomes them deserve special mentions.

And acceptable/good episodes are:
Imaginary Fiends - I am not a Wyatt/Chris fan but I think this episode gives a little closure (and a slap in the face) to Season 6's abrupt and unresolved ending.

Styx Feet Under - is a Season 4/5 feeling episode I enjoy apart from Leslie/Phoebe and the Avatar Stuff. I liked Death and Piper as Death.

Scry Hard - is another good episode which brings back the Woggy from Season's 1 and 5 and starts up the story arc to SWTWGs. This could be the best story arc in Season 4 - Season 8.

Someone to Witch Over Me - I'm a little on the fence with this episode but it's good to see Drew Fuller again in a less pathetic way... to see that he's ok and all those flashbacks. It kind of reminds me of Saving Private Leo and Muse to My Ears with the Guardians.

Ordinary Witches - it's ok


The Worst Episodes are probably
The Bare Witch Project and Freaky Phoebe

The Most Overated Episodes but I can see why people love them are:
Cheaper By The Coven. By FAR this is THE WORST Grams, Mom, Victor episode that does not utilise these special guest stars very well at all. Phoebe and Leslie's love story is also an unpleasant storyline and the childish aspect and story surrounding Wyatt is just tiresome.

This could have been an episode where we learn about Paige's birth or a the '70's Episode/PreWitched/ episode of Season 7.

The 7 Year Witch
I just don't like how Forever Charmed and this milestone 150th episode centre on Piper and Leo and not the Power of Three or sisterhood. And Cole - well I don't think he is utilised in an interesting way. Billie Zane and interactions between Holly and Julian are what saves this episode from a complete fail.




Can't really say much about these eps.

I didn't like the first half of this season at all, especially the avatar storyline (I prefer the way they were used in S5 - these aren't the same avatars, just like the S8 Triad isn't the same as the S3 ones, even if they're supposed to be - just like having the Hollow mixed up with the Shadow) but I did enjoy the second half - the only half-season I enjoyed after 'Power Outage", so all of mine comes from that one.

Witchness Protection has so much love, I'm guessing Kyra was the main draw here. Which I admit was for me, as well as introducing Zankou into the series. I really need to see this one again, I don't remember it much apart from them.

How is Cheaper by the Coven First... when Just Harried which has the same sprinkling of extended family members is one of the least faves on the Season 3 poll?

People also talk about Prue's side plot in Just Harried being crap and weird but Cheaper By The Coven's Nick Lachey, the turning into children and the overused Leo morality and Wyatt scaring is even worse.

It's one of the worst uses of exteneded family members in guest star roles, even above Forever Charmed!

Cheaper by the Coven could have been good if it focused on the family and had Victor and Patty really resolve their past issues with the affair and Paige. Also, Sam could have come back too for some reason, and you have an episode based all around handling all the family secrets in the family.

I'm surprised since they brought back Sam, they didn't bother to do anything with him apart from showing up three years later. Victor could have come face to face with Sam, and then you throw in Patty's ghost or whatever. You have yourself a story with potential.

I recently watched season 7 again, from episode 10 “Witchness Protection” onward. I truly love this season, and agree with you Es and others who love Death Becomes Them - one of the best Charmed episodes ever written. In my opinion, it is the best episode since season 4’s Long Live the Queen.... which I know you are not a fan of Es

I think Death becomes them is a better episode than the finale episode.

Witchness Protection and Death Becomes Them are my two only passable episodes from Season 7 that rank a Season 1 - 4 episode alongside.

Some other episodes are good like Styx Feet (minus Lacchey), Scry Hard (minus Phoebe),and the two early Billy Zane episodes (minus magic school)

-Styx Feet Under: Death played by the same actor, oh yes.

-Charmed Noir: Great episode. Kyle and Paige are too pretty.

-There's Something about Leo: It reminds me of the old days when Cole hid his dark side. But that's not important. The most important thing is that it's a good episode.

-The Seven Year Witch: Good plot for Piper / Leo and good ending point for Cole.

-Scry Hard: I love the dollhouse (great idea) and Nexus's return.

-Freaky Phoebe: One of my proudest guilty pleasures of the entire series. I love it.

-Death becomes them: So dark, yes.

-Something wicca this way goes..?: A very good end to the series. I love the winks to facts of all the past seasons.



I like 'Someone to witch over me' and 'Witchness protection' too. And I hate so much 'Cheaper by the coven'. Probably one of my 3 most hated episodes. It seems extremely ridiculous, I suffer when I watch it, I'm surprised that this wins the survey.

Ok, Carpe Demon bores me. I like Drake (I don't love him) but this episode is very lazy.
