It would be just like the sisters while their powers were bound - they'd be off Evil's radar and know absolutely nothing about what the one/s who are/is still a witch are/is doing as a witch, the way the sisters had no idea what Grams and Patty were doing.
OH, how I wish they could've let Piper have that choice! She's think that Leo is and always was human. Her kids would just be human.
Oh, fixing just about everything wrong with S5-8, especially if Cole stayed in S4 where he belonged and Paige only had Prue's powers!
Of course this assumes that they'd stick to S1-2 canon. But since we know that Brad Kern didn't, who knows? But if they had that's what Piper should've done to Wyatt and Chris just as soon as they were born - bind their powers so they'd be off Evil's radar and have a normal childhood.
