I love the idea of Phoebe being the last sister living in the manor, kinda full circle, given she was the one living in New York, to find herself, and wanted to get away right before the first episode. And the one born in the manor too, the last living there.
I always wished Piper and Leo did move out, and I like the idea of them living next door.

I would have expected so too, especially when there was talks of Piper and Leo wanting to move out, Cole should have brought them a house as a gift, give the penthouse to Paige and then it would have been Phoebe and Cole. It does make so much more sense for Cole to want to stay in the Manor. And I could easily picture Piper and Leo moving into a smaller, less witchy house. I love the Manor, but I could see Piper living in a house that had more of the vibes that the Manor kitchen did, something brighter and friendlier without the all the dark wood and witchy history the Manor had. I can't picture Paige in the penthouse, but maybe a less fancy apartment would have been fun if Cole had given it to her. I could see her being torn between wanting to keep an eye on Cole and wanting her own place, made harder if Piper and Leo also moved out of the Manor. There was a suggestion for Piper and Leo to move in next door (Dan's old place) I could see it being a better thing for the both of them, they could decorate that place in their style, I agree that Piper would have wanted a more brighter house especially because she would have wanted a normal life and maybe being away from the house that's on the spiritual nexus could have provided that for her. I wouldn't have had Paige move in at all, maybe she lives in a townhouse but I wouldn't have her living with Piper and Phoebe, she would have been too independent for that, I could also see her having a tough choice to make.

Phoebe and her partner ,depending on whichever one you would have wanted her to end up with should have been, should have been the last sister leaving the manor, it would have been beautiful for her, especially because she was the witchy sister out of all of them and would have kept her that way. This is where I would have written the sisters to live: Mind you Prue is alive in my dream Charmed. Prue and Bane moving into Bane's dream house. Piper and Leo moving next door. Phoebe in the manor. Paige in a townhouse close to work.

Admittedly, in the show, a good part of the reason she moved in at all was because the Evil Enchantress kinda trashed her apartment. Yeah, she joked about not getting her security deposit back, but she might also have been faced with a rent hike, to say nothing of her landlord potentially suing her for damages. Perhaps, if they’d been more interested in exploring Paige as a character (instead of just shoving her in with the others and pretending she’d been there all along), they might have done something with that. Perhaps she’d gotten in trouble with her landlord before - rowdy guests, or some such thing - so she knew they’d take advantage of this to try and get rid of her, and a social worker just doesn’t make enough for her to even try fighting back. Maybe she would have planned on just temporarily moving in with the sisters until she could find a new (affordable) place, at least at first. You know that apartment that Prue and Piper once shared, which she and Leo almost moved into? Maybe, in another life, Piper would have talked to those friends that she was going to (I think?) sublet it from, and convinced them to let Paige have it, especially once she’d mastered orbing enough to be able to get there immediately when there was a crisis that required the Power of Three to deal with. That might have gone a long way to helping establish a believable bond between them.

I would have love if Piper offered Paige that apartment.

It makes perfect sense that no one would be ready for Paige to move in with them, including Paige. But of course they'd offer after her apartment was damaged, and she'd accept with the idea that it wouldn't be permanent. Maybe instead of her quitting her job in the season 5 premiere, the big change she makes is that she decides to move out. It would be a good time for it since Piper and Leo could use the extra room for the baby they're now expecting, and since Phoebe is back at the Manor, Piper would still have a sister there.

I'm not so sure if Piper was worried about Phoebe moving out - she was too busy feelings sorry for herself. The only time when I felt her pain was in Season Eight. For Phoebe to move out so soon after Leo was frozen was necessary so that the Book would have a place to be safe during 'Kill Billie, Vol 2', but showed how selfish and self-centered Phoebe had become. Her not caring that much about Paige moving out (and I don't think she'd feel a thing about it if Phoebe hadn't at the same time) shows how very little she thought of Paige as a sister. If anything I would have preferred Piper and Leo to move out over Phoebe, I would have loved if Phoebe was the one who stayed at the Manor, it would be very poetic. I agree, however, how selfish Phoebe became throughout the series, I absolutely hated the whole "Phoebe moving out" and "wanting a baby" storylines, especially when they already had Phoebe pregnant, if they wanted Phoebe to be a mother they should have continued the storyline of The Sources Heir with the twist being that what they thought was a boy was actually a girl, she is the twice-blessed child however my definition would be that she is blessed from both sides her demonic and witch side. Then the Crone could have been the big bad of season five. I think Piper does care about Paige but you're correct with Piper not caring about Paige moving out and how it looks like Piper doesn't think of Paige as a sister. If Paige couldn't help reconstitute the Power of Three, I truly don't think Piper would've had anything to do with Paige - she was too busy missing and mourning Prue, the reason they never got to see her ghost. (Of course we know the Real Life reason, but within the Charmedverse, this makes sense to me.) But I agree with others. I'd much prefer Leo and Piper moving into Dan's old house next door. With Leo now a human, being away from the Book of Shadows and the Nexus and all the demons those attract, she'd come a lot closer to having the normal life she wants so badly. That way there would be room in the Manor for Phoebe and Ladybug (she'd divorce Coop as soon as she got Ladybug - real name Patricia Phoebe Halliwell - since that's all she really wanted,) and Paige and Henry and any child they decide to adopt, since both were adopted. Since Wyatt, Chris and Ladybug couldn't become Charmed since they're cousins, not siblings - and, no, I'd never let Piper have Melinda since she's NOT Melinda from 'Morality Bites' who's the same age as Wyatt, not her - that means Melinda Warren's prophecy would come true - the Warren Line would CULMINATE (end) with the Charmed Ones - there would never be another set of Warrens more powerful than them. If it was up to me, each of those three would just have one Warren power, but could not access the Power of Threee.

I would never want there to be a second Charmed Ones.

If I had my way, neither Piper or Phoebe would ever have a child - both were too self-centered to be good mothers (I still think Piper's the reason why Wyatt's evil in the future and Phoebe's no better while the future we see is what Piper WANTS, not what she should have) while they'd make great aunties spoiling Prue's or Paige's children. Now had both remained the ones they're in S1 but grown up (which neither ever did), I'd be replying totally differently. But once Piper was in the midst of the triangle and Phoebe met Cole....*shudder* No, they proved that they were no longer good mother-material, at least until they gave up their powers and/or permanently bound any power any child of theirs had. I think the fact that even after the dragon incident, Piper never did that to Wyatt proves my point.

I could always see Phoebe as a single mother at the Manor, I just wished that the show betrayed that instead of Piper being pregnant with Wyatt. However if there was all four, Piper and Phoebe being great aunts to Prue and Paige's children would have been amazing. The writing definitely sucked, the sisters needed to progress not regress.

Well, maybe not permanently bound their powers, so much as just until they were old enough to understand that actions have consequences, and to start learning how to use those powers responsibly. Like Paige apparently did in the comics. (Seriously, though, do not get me started on Wyatt the über-witch.)
