I've done my own editing to a couple of episodes, taking into account suggestions and also my own ideas for one. As usual, feel free, to revert it back to the original, edit it yourself, or make suggestions? Now I'm sure I'll already get people hating the near thought of a mention of Nymphs. But I added them to the story because I just felt it added a really good story base for my edit with the warlock trying to get her mother back because she endangered the forests. No Warren becomes a Nymphs, and nobody will see them. Only Patience can communicate due to her Earth power. If people dislike this idea, feel free to edit it back to the original. If someone else has other ideas, go for it! Getting through reading. But I wanted to comment on this one in particular. I like how you have handled magical creatures and the use of the earth element as a way they can hear voices but still cant see them to communicate. Is this how you'll always do them. That a particular Warren can communicate through an element only. But I'd hope you do it so they always remain unseen. I loved how Pheebs came up with the elements for communication. I'd hope they will ALWAYS stay that way with the unseen and mystery. Also, I hope they stay minor, and only part of one standalone episode. I don't want magical creatures taking up all the episodes and stories. So if it happens again, we will keep them as part of the standalone stories we tell.

I might quote one of your recaps and make my comments and suggestions.

I've been thumbing through this thread. I have really missed out on what has been going on at the Cafe as of late. I'm not even done reading the pages yet - I have spent a long time trying to get through 6 pages. But some very interesting stuff everyone from what I have read. With my job, I do lots of traveling to different states. So if you need some help with Philadelphia for some background, I'm at your service. I haven't had business trips to Salem, but have been here. Welcome back, Sasha. I'm very glad that you guys like that idea, and I really hope we figure out a way to do it. I had another idea to throw into the mix. Not quite sure which season this would fit into, but before we talked about doing our versions of 'That Seventies Episode' and 'Pardon My Past'. I'm wondering if we could have a full story arc where the Warrens end up going into the past, but actually having to stay there for more than just one episode. I'm thinking about going back and seeing Prudence and Allen and Andrea and the coven, including Bridget, but also going back and seeing what happened between Paige and Sam, and between Sam and Peyton. Both of these could work as nice backstories for what we want to do to end our series. I'm thinking that maybe Patience and Paige could end up going back and seeing what happened to their mother while Piper and Phoebe go back and see what happened to their Aunt Paige and cousin Peyton...In the meantime Prudence would remain in the current time period, having to cope with whatever changes happen in the present thanks to what the time travelers do in the past. Along with all of this, we might even be able to go back to the Witch Trials with Mary Ann and Jenna. What do you guys think of that? Maybe they want to channel some witch from the past or calling on the spirits for something (maybe just a harmless spell to summon one coven members loved one to see them) that backfires and summons Peyton instead who then possess Bridget or now possibly Andrea. Maybe Andrea so happen to end up with an object that belonged to Peyton that perhaps she left behind when she stayed one time over as a child one time. Andrea thought it belonged to another Warren or as time passed forgot and assumes belonged to a coven members daughter or son instead. Just coming up with an idea. Anyone have other ideas? OOOO! I really like those ideas! Maybe Andrea wants to call up her brother on *their* 70th birthday, but the way the spell is worded, it calls up Peyton instead, and since Andrea's the one who casts the spell, and Andrea is Peyton's great-aunt, that's why she possesses Andrea. How's that? Those sound like great ideas. I'd love to see that done. Especially the time travel season of secrets. That would mean we'd have our third season with a general direction now. So are we playing it that Allen is a little younger than Prudence. If this happens in S4, or a tad age decrease for Prudence as well so she is 70 in S3. Nothing says Allen couldn't fall in love with someone 3-4 years older.

And it really would divide the Warrens. That Paige becoming a warlock after her family thinks she framed Piper and killed Bridget when it was really Andrea possessed by Peyton. Wow! It really adds another layer of intensity to have Bridget the innocent that Piper is framed for killing and not any random innocent. I agree with this dear, It *really* does add more to the story and conflict, with Bridget being the that dies and Piper is framed for killing. That when the Warren family learn that it is Andrea being possessed by Peyton in the season 4 finale, I honestly think we have a brilliant final cliffhanger leading into S5. So much drama. That's what you want from a season leading into a final season. Edge of your seat.

And another for it not to get boring and run much longer than it should. I still can't believe dear how far we have come since I started the reboot ideas thread only 3 weeks ago. I'm overjoyed to see it led to this amazing project with EC.

How's that? I really *love* the idea of doing a season based around secrets and time travel. It will be so much fun, especially since half the time on Classic Charmed, most of the wonderful time travel episodes should have been two-parters. Yet we got stuck with a majority of two-parters, I didn't like at all. As for the ages, nothing says dears that Prudence and Andrea were not friends for a while even before Prudence meet and got with Allen, and that Andrea is the one who introduced Prudence to her twin brother and that's how they meet and eventually married. It depends how long Prudence has been in the coven, it might be much longer and before her marriage to Allen.

We're on a new page dears. So copying this over from the previous page that included the press release credits. I'll also copy Pheebs and Summers latest stories in another post. All of you guys really have created something special here. I really enjoyed following how this all came together. The backstory with Paige and Peyton is very impressive. I especially like that you have Piper & Phoebe in San Francisco and then moving to Salem and where the series is set-up. Prudence being a doctor is an idea I actually think really fits. Because it means Prudence may not have active powers, but with Premonitions and her skills as a doctor, she is actually an asset to the family. I really want to say a big thank-you for the efforts. I really enjoyed reading how this came together. Since I barely have kept up with the Charmed reboot at The CW, I actually have been so out of the loop, the only thing I've seen is a couple of promos, and I'm not impressed. This reboot looks more promising. I remember this press release for the real reboot. Great job at making it fit Elemental Charmed. I really wish that The CW really re-aired the pilot episode on October 7th. I forgot to mention I love the writers you have for this series. Great job bringing the old team back. This is my favorite press release so far. It is everything I want. Great opening episode to the series. I'd watch this pilot for sure. The set-up is well-done. Summer Reading you have written a great pilot press release. Es, you have written a great second episode press release. I like that you get the sisters settled in, and that they both learn why they should live under the same roof. I'm excited just thinking what the Warren Manor looks like. This episode, I love. What a way to fit the five senses with everyone. I love it! Good job Colton! Well, I'm glad Piper learns a lesson. I like how you get the Warren's both included, Patience's job meaning she gets involved in something at Phoebe's campus, is how I like the stories crossing over with each other. The title is just so perfect. I love this episode. Again, the way you bring the jobs of the Warrens in with the innocents and warlocks is what really makes me enjoy your series. This one is interesting. I'm glad it isn't a warlock every single episode. A nice change of pace, but glad you are making warlocks the most important and not demons, which I find are minimal. I like this one, and like the way you are coming up with interesting villains, and again I'm so very VERY impressed how you are able to find a way to bring all Warren's occupations and find a way to include them with the villain of the week with the innocents. I'm really starting to enjoy this series so very much. Keep up the very fantastically written and plotted press releases guys. I'd read on, but I don't want to be late for work. So I better get ready. But thank-you for making my morning. I'll be thinking about this all day at work now, which isn't a bad thing. EDIT: By the way, do you all mind if I keep on commenting on stuff in this thread (don't want to clog up this thread with several posts at a time), or should I make my own review thread for myself, so I can keep on giving my thoughts.

As long as we're on a new page, I'm going to post our update. Since we're still deciding how to combine our S2 with our S5 and whether we should have Classic Charmed actors in our series, I'm going to keep them the way we have them right now. If we change our mind later on, I'll post these current castings in our casting thread in case anyone wants to do a fantasy version.
As always, feel free to re-edit, comment or ask questions. My edits are always just suggestions. As usual, I'm not completely thrilled with what we have, so if anyone has suggestions of their own on how to improve it, let's hear them!

I absolutely love that as an arc. That might work well in our third season. We have one press release with them travelling into the past already that was inspired by Whispers From the Past. Unless we still want that one as a standalone for S2 and then the big arc one in S3, Or just one whole season devoted to an arc so it's a season of secrets, time travel and past visits. Maybe Andrea is with Prudence in the present, just so Prudence has someone to bounce off with the changes. Maybe we can reorganize and edit that press release to expand it into an arc. I know Classic Charmed did the time travel to the past once a season. Maybe we do the opposite and have it apart of one season in an arc. Of course we still having actual flashbacks in the series just our time travel ones are part of a 3-5 part arc. OOO, I really do love what you've done with this - the idea of our middle season just be a season (as you put it) of secrets, time travel and past visits sounds wonderful. I also like the idea of Andrea being with Prudence in the present so she has someone to bounce off - perhaps at one point something happens so Allen doesn't end up meeting or marrying Prudence so in the present Andrea has no idea who Prudence is... Things like that. Andrea is truly becoming a costar, so I'm wondering if rather than having her played by a Charmed character, we don't cast her at all until we're done. Right now, I'm thinking that for now we just have Mary Ann and Jenna appear once every season and just not cast any of the others at all, while still letting members cast the Warrens with non-Charmed actors. And if that's the case, if they want to cast Andrea as non-Charmed character, since she *has* become a costar think that should be okay. What do you guys think of that? If enough people agree, the next time I update, I'll leave out all of the other casting. If we want to play casting in the Casting thread, we still could - purely for the fun of it, and something to think of when/if anyone decides to do a fantasy alternate universe story - there. If others like *that* idea, I can move our current casting over to that thread. Remember, if anyone wants to use current stars to play Piper and Phoebe, I don't mind changing that. I'm glad you like it. I'm also cool with the suggested castings. How's that? That sounds great. Definitely some reasons for how Peyton comes. Which works. I'm still trying to come up with ideas for our new S4/S5 and putting them together.
But for now, I put together another press release for a standalone. Looking at the calendar, I figured our own Friday the 13th was in order, so I've placed it during season 2. I'm not using Barbas but came up with my own villain and again making her a Demoness, not a Demon.

This reminds me of Loves a Witch but a feud between a warlock and witches family. Maybe their children got together. Much better making that a story for one episode than pairing a Warren with a Warlock. That could be a fun one to save an innocent falling for a warlock. Also the senior center reminds me of Pardon My Past or just the old lady knowing or seeing something decades ago. Good job Summer!
