Charmed introduced plenty of interesting characters and plots that were practically forgotten after their initial episode. Are there any plots/characters you wanted to see more of? And if so what would you want to come of said plot/character?

The Evil Charmed Ones as seen in When Bad Warlocks Go Good, should have been a whole arc. I'd think it would be a great story in S3, in-place of the Brotherhood of the Thorn arc. Maybe when some other characters in the roles and not just that full set of three.
Whatever happened to Klea, she could have been interesting.
Aviva could have been a fun character to re-appear later on.

Agreed, Pheebs. Aviva could've been an interesting character to bring back in place of Jenny in S2.
I liked how we met Abby prior to the episode she's revealed as Prue's stalker. I would've liked to see a bit more of her leading up to that.
Prue spent half of S3 complaining about having zero romantic prospects and the other half meeting cute, promising guys. The guy she ditched Piper's wedding with could've been fun to keep around for a bit. Or the dog-lover from Look Who's Barking, he seemed perfect for her. At the very least, give us an explanation as to why they keep disappearing and/or don't have her act like she never meets anybody.

I liked Eric from They're Everywhere. He was very smart, and since he was so skeptical about everything, he'd be a good balance to the sisters.
I also really liked the guy Prue met in Look Who's Barking. He was a nice guy who loves animals and seemed like he had a good job, so all good qualities.
And like others have said, Aviva coming back would have been fun. It would have been great to have her in place of Jenny.
I would have liked to see more of the Brotherhood story. They seemed so intertwined with the human world that it could have been a really intricate story that involved human criminals, and Darryl and the Charmed Ones having to work together. They could deal with demons and warlocks and perhaps discovering a whole other level of crime taking place in the city that involved magical and nonmagical crimes all twisted up together. Add to that Cole's former involvement and then going back undercover and working as a double agent, and this whole plot could have taken up an entire season.

Maggie Murphy, Melinda Warren, Mark, Eric, Cupid (not Coop), Mitch (reincarnation of Micah from 'All Halliwell's Eve').
Not sure what I'd have happen, but I'd love to see them again. And if we had Aviva instead of Billie in S8 that would've been fantastic!

I wouldn't have minded seeing Tyler again although he did turn up in the comics and see what happened to him and also the previous people mentioned here.

I remember Klea, the actress must have been busy with something else, because in the next episode Exit Strategy she just oddly is not present. In fact, I love all of the characters in the Warren lineage. I would have liked them to produce an occasional episode mid-season or between seasons. Episode in the past centered on a Warren / Halliwell. An episode centered on Petty, Melinda, Briana and many others. Of course during season 4 it would have been wise to see Patty abandon Paige during which we would learn that she had planned to watch and find Paige as an adult. However, the episode will end with his own death.

I don't see the comics being canon however I would have loved to see Paige having some form of involvement in his life and as a Social Worker she could asked to be assigned to him being the one who Tyler goes to in situations and having a stable figure in his life, maybe after they beat the Jenkins she could adopt Tyler. I always saw Paige has motherly, she could have been if they wrote her correctly, she definitely chose a profession where you would have to be nurturing so I would have loved to see more of that.

I always wished The Crone was in the show more than two episodes. Also would have loved to see Kyra more!
In terms of the good guys - I think Sheila was a great character and it could have went into her and Darryl's relationship more.
Many have said this, but there are countless innocents the show could have and maybe should have brought back. Maybe it would have been cool to see Aviva, Max and Tyler at magic school - perhaps this would have made magic school more interesting than it was in the show (aha).

I know he was dead throughout the episode he featured in, but i LOVED the character John Cho played in season 1. I cried at the end when he disappeared with his father. I was also heartbroken for Piper. I thought they made such a cute couple, better than her and Leo (ducking for cover lol)

Innocents, I wished most of them reappeared. I mean Brittany was their first innocent and a friend of the sisters. Yet every time they needed a friend shown, it's a new character.
Like it would have been nice if Brittany was the one who had the baby shower in Brain Drain than someone we've never seen before. As it would be more meaningful when Brittany points out how they have been distant for the past three years, especially if we saw her a few times.

Well that's a relief lol. I thought i was going to get a verbal thrashing for suggesting Piper and Leo weren't perfect soul mates! Thanks Prudence! But to further the point, i have watched Charmed so many times and never accepted Leo and Piper as a couple. Maybe it's because of the romance that existed in real life between Brian Krause and Alyssa Milano? perhaps it made it hard for Holly Marie Combs to portray a loving relationship with Mr. Krause? It just seems to me the greatest time in their relationship was the period BEFORE they got married. Remember how romantic it was when leo was duking it out with neighbor Dan in season 2? Or when Piper was crying over his dead body in season 1? That's what i wanted to see in later seasons, instead of the weird tension that existed between them.

There is so many.
- Kyra. - Tanya Parker. - Tyler. - Aviva. - Mikelle. - Daisy. - Max Franklin. - Ava Nicolae. - Maggie Murphy
ETC..
It would seem like they introduce characters on the show then they completely go MIA, it sucks that no sister could have one friend outside of themselves, having a reoccurring innocent who has magical abilities would be the perfect person for them. I completely understand that they needed to focus on the sisters and would want them to be the main focus however I would have loved to see more of the witch and gypsy community and would have preferred less focus on the "magical community".
I would have thought they would focus on the Nicolae's and have them being included in the Halliwell's life so they could have friends in the show, with two powerful female families in their retrospective communities (witch: Halliwell| gypsy: Nicolae) would have been beautiful to see.

I loved the gypsy storyline so much. That's probably my most favorite episode of season 5. They would have made such perfect companions to the sisters, each group bringing their own unique blend of magic and working together to help people and keep the world a safer place. I wish the show had focused more on different magical groups that were based on humans, like the sisters, who had magical powers. The magical community that brought us leprechauns and fairies and ogres and whatever else was just too silly.

I don't like Piper and Leo as a couple either, unless it's in the very early days in season 1 when Piper was still likable to me and was nice to Leo. It's a good point you make that real life dynamics between the actors might have influenced how the characters of Piper and Leo appeared on screen. I get the sense that they're close in real life, but the lack of romance between them makes for a bit of a boring on-screen couple. That isn't a bad thing, because for a while they're the most stable relationship of the show. But it isn't as exciting as it could be.
