Piper should've had her restaurant and there should've been a club across the street from it. Then The WB could have its bands and the sisters would have a place to gather, but Piper would have her dream. I certainly love this idea. Then we'd get both, and Piper can still have her dream. What a great idea Es.

I believe opening a restaurant is historically more difficult and majority of them do fail. I have to assume that Piper saw a miss in the market when it came to clubs and took advantage of that. Especially in the area that they frequent.

That she would still constantly complain about Haha, just imagine the additional pressure of a restaurant then having to fight demons, I would have loved if she had Halliwell's verses P3 but I would rather her opening a café throughout the duration of the series. But no matter what she opened, she would complain about wanting a "normal" life without actively trying to have a normal life with making friends with other witches and having an external support network, you would think that eventually the sisters would just learn to live with being witches and try to create a life outside of being the Charmed Ones.

Same. And she would definitely still complain about wanting a "normal" life, without actively trying to have said life. I think you're right about her needing an external support network and more witchy friends. That would give her more of a semblance of the normal life she wanted, while also giving her friends who understood when she had to duck out because of witch stuff.

I just wished that if they were going to make one of her main "goals" or "complaints" that they actively showed her trying to achieve it or accept that she could never have the life she dreams of so she is going to have to be flexible with it.

That could have been great. If she couldn't have a restaurant right away. She'd start small, catering out of the manor or a small business like a coffee shop, and work her way up.

Its kind of weird looking back at P3
A huge neon sign being a nod to the Power of 3, aka the Charmed Ones
Like a big neon light saying "Demons, come here, find us and kill all the innocence we are intoxicating!"

At least then, it would look like she is trying to achieve a normal life and/or a sense of normalcy. I think she could have done it all, around season two she opens the Café, then around season five or six she starts to cater out of the manor, season seven she opens her dream restaurant.
