For me, it's a tie between "Dead Man Dating" and "Death Takes a Halliwell".

Sin Fransisco and All Hell Breaks Loose
AHBL has much more drama happening and included the amazing performances of SD and HMC. Sin Fransisco..there's just something about that episode I can't get enough of. Both are excellent.

My fav episode would definitly have to be:
-Sense and Sense Ability
-Be Careful what You Witch For
-That 70's Episode
-Brain Drain
-Centennial Charmed
They are my favourite of all time!

This sounds like wishful thinking. We really don't know whether Mark's mother would have accepted Piper in the end, or not.
But to this day, I have always thought that HMC's best screen chemistry was with John Cho.

Unfortunately my memory is not too good to remember the titles of the episodes. To be honest I am on my second time watching Charmed from Season 1 to Season 7 (hubby gave them to me as present last birthday) and i would watch them over and over again ;D ;D ;D
