I had watched Shannen's previous show "Beverly Hills 90210" and decided to watch this new show named "Charmed" too. However, within three years I lost some interests--the mysterious hit was on like "X-Files" and "Stargate" but I returned as a whitelighter from the future had stepped in meanwhile. It was around the 10th or 11th episode of S6, can't remember exactly. From then on, anytime again from the start. With all included.  |

Me and my family watched the first episode when it premiered back in 1998! I was only 7, but I remember it vividly. Me and my mom became obsessed and watched the first two seasons on CTV (a station in Canada) and then it went off CBC. It moved to a weird time slot (they would play reruns on CTV at like 5 PM on Saturdays while the show was still airing) so I would catch random episodes. I bought all the seasons when I was like 14-15, and have had them ever since. There kept being episodes that I would miss and have not seen because my mom would go ahead in the DVDs and lie to me and say "yeah you saw this" just so she could watch the next episode haha. I discovered on rematches of my own that I had missed some!  |

When Charmed was on TV I think I watched up to season 6. Cause the stations kept moving the show around I never watched season 7 or 8 on the television. I only saw the complete Charmed show after I brought the dvd's. That annoyed the crap out of me cause I just could not find the show at all it vanished on me. As I have stated the name Charmed stayed with me until I brought the dvd's and I remember having flashes of some of the episodes like the first show playing in my mind. I am going to be honest and tell you that Charmed choose me not the other way around and I am so glad it did. Wow what a blessing this show has been. Even now as I watch the show I literally feel a peaceful physic energy coming from the show it is so strange..... so strange. This physic feeling I get from the show has been ever since I ordered the full Book of Shadows. I know it sounds strange but I think that I am cosmically linked to this show? If I could be a new character in Charmed I would want to be known as "The keeper" of the book of shadows, the person who the elders assign to help protect the book of shadows it would be an honour and I would be proud to do that job. That way the Charmed Ones would know the book was safe. I would take my job very seriously. I would also be asked by the Halliwell family to look after the book. Cool dream that is, Cool!

Hi I am new here charmed fans so happy pagan blessings
how did I discover charmed when I was just channel surfing and I saw charmed of the TV guide listings then I discovered that it was the very frist episode of charmed called something Wicca this way comes from then on I watched all 178 episodes of the show and I have become big fan of the actresses holly Marie combs aka piper alyssa Milano aka phoebe Shannon dotherty aka prue and of course Rose McGowan aka Paige and Drew fuller aka Chris I have collected all the charmed merchendise and I have drawn the triqutera and I am a massive charmed fan and lover and I am so obsessed with charmed

I remember i was at my cousin's house and i saw the part were prue got thrown threw a wall and i asked them what show it was they said it was charmed. We even played it a couple of times i had spiderman powers instead of charmed powers

Decided to bump mine up.. Others want to do the same, go for it! I also found out about it from the ads when it was first on. The fact that I love(d) Holly on "Picket Fences" and Alyssa on "Who's the Boss?" is what caught my attention (I never watched BH 90201 so Shannen was totally new to me) I volunteer at a cat shelter and when the show first started and it was on a Wednesday, well, that was the night I volunteered and I got home around 8:30, so I'd miss half of it, but I still watched each of those halves, trying to figure out what I missed (I didn't have a VCR and this is long before TiVO). I loved the idea of three sisters who happened to be witches and loved all three sisters. I especially loved how differently they each saw getting their powers in typical Oldest, Middle and Baby fashion, making me think of me and my own sisters. Then when Leo became part of the group, well, I was totally hooked! The following season The WB switched the show to Thursday night so I was able to see the whole thing. The most fun was when they'd rerun Season One shows, so I'd *finally* get to see what I missed the year before! |

My parents went out and my sister (8years old) and me (12years old) had to go and be babysat at my Mom's Brother's Wifes' Elder sister's house. (wow what a recollection).
It was Friday night in 1999 in New Zealand and my Aunt was watching Sabrina which came on at 7.30pm and I saw the ad for Charmed. It was the Dream Sorcerer episode.
Watched the entire episode and I couldn't wait to watch the show next week with my sister again.
Thankful it was on a Friday night in New Zealand and not a school night!
Became hooked the next time I saw the opening credits. Loved that song!

Omg that was so long ago, I could never remember the exact very first time I watched Charmed but I know for sure it was since the fall of 2001 cause my mother started working a lot this year, so I was 8, my brother 6, and when we were coming back from school we were alone watching tv and there was Stargate SG1 at 6pm every day from Monday to Friday, my brother loved it, and just after that it was my special moment because there was Charmed around 7pm, and it was like that during the whole elementary school period from that moment. At the beginning it was only the first 3 seasons over and over, though we were in the end of the 2001 year, because in France the shows are always a year late to have the whole season translated etc
I instantly loved Prue's attitude, maybe as a big sister myself, losing my father that same year and being since that often alone at home with my brother, I related to her in some ways, Idk, but she was the best, she was like my hero. Other little girls may want to be a princess or something, hell I wanted to be Prue Halliwell!! Haha! But the part where I really related to her was because I have the exact same mole that Shannen has on the side of her nose, so yeah clearly I was even more crazy about the woman, we used to play Charmed at school with my friends and I was always Prue. I really have great memories about Charmed from my childhood. When Prue died I was crushed I always thought she'd be back it never made any sense to me. A few years later like 2003/4 I started having posters of Charmed in my room, was reading everything that was talking about it and the actresses. <hen the last episode aired I remember that night it was Christmas holidays, 2006, and my bestfriend and I cried at the end of it. I never stopped rewatching the whole show since, people around me watching it liked it but it wasn't a big deal though while I was clearly hooked, today they mostly forgot about it and I didn't, I never will. Charmed will always be in my life and in my heart.
(Did I already mention I was the talkative kind...?)

Saw Charmed as a teenager when I was younger on Channel 5 when it first aired then and the rest they say is history.
