Heyy, I was just wondering. What kind of music you guys listen to?
I listen to rock and my favourite band is My Chemical Romance.

A little bit of everything. Mostly country though. I love Carrie Underwood and Rascal Flatts.

I like Carrie Underwood too but dont really listen to her music that much.
As for All American Rejects, their music is good too.

A little of this and a little of that.
My taste in music is extremely wide, for me the music just has to sound great.
But if i should pick out one special album from my collection, then it had to be Ladytron's special 2-CD release of their album Witching Hour.
Ladytron creates a wide spectrum of different styles that goes from 80s electronica to the newer rock.

I'm what you call an eclectic when it comes to music, anything with a good beat, sound lyrics and decent voice and i'm happy. But lyrics matter most I think.

Oh wow, you guys have no idea what you have just started because now I will never shut up in this thread I think it's pretty obvious from my name that I an a rock loving kind of person. My music tastes are very diverse, but my all-time favourite genre of music is Rock... I like many different types of rock. I love classic Rock N Roll with Elvis, Little Richard, and The Beatles (HUGE Beatle fan). I also like some Progressive Psychodelic Rock with music such as Pink Floyd. I also love some rock bands of today such as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Daughtry, Evanescence (although I'm not sure if they can be qualified as Rock)... I also love country, but not as much as Rock... I enjoy listening to it. I like Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain and Reba McIntyre. I also like Rascal Flatts (but I don't know their songs, I just like listening to them) My tastes also range into classical music. I love Andrea Bocelli... His soothing voice helps to calm me down and keep me focused. I also enjoyed listening to Pavarotti (RIP) although I wasn't an avid listening. Oh yeah! And I'm also a big fan of classic cheesy late 90's/early 2000's music. I love Backstreet Boys and The Spice Girls (Told ya, my tastes were diverse). My ultimate favorite band is Bon Jovi... I LOVE them so much and I have several of their albums... Yes I know some of you are thinking that Bon Jovi has become more country over the years, but I think that this progression is a great step in their music. Their lastest album "Lost Higway" is so good! I'm actually super excited because I found out recently that they are coming back to Montreal to kick off their Canadian tour! My favorite song from them is "Wanted Dead or Alive" and my favorite album is a tie between New Jersey and Bounce (Although Lost Highway comes pretty close). Some of my favorite artists include Avril Lavigne, Nickelback, Aerosmith, Amanda Marshall, U2, Bryan Adams, Pink, Micheal Buble, Frank Sinatra, James Blunt, Kelly Clarkson, Madonna, Michelle Branch, No Doubt, and Queen |

If ever given the chance to see Rascal Flatts in concert, I would absolutely recommend it. I saw them in July and they were amazing. I LOVE the Spice Girls. They're my guilty pleasure.  |

Im a rock person myself, something about the beat calms me down sometimes...
I absolutely love the Foo Fighters and I also like My Chemical Romance, Im watching MCR when they come to the UK next year. I also LOVE The Fray, who are playing in Glasgow on the 24th... Im so totally going!!
And theres nothing wrong with the Spice Girls (all except Posh, ofcourse) I loved them when I was growing up!!

I will listen to any thing but rap, but I prefer light rock to any thing else. except Celtic I love me Celtic especially when it is in Gaelic

Plain White Ts
Fall Out Boy
The Fray
Boys Like Girls
All American Rejects
Backstreet Boys
Britney Spears
Daughtry
Within Temptation
Of course the HSM music
and I also admit to having a few Jonas Brothers songs
Those are basically the artists that I have in bulk, but I've also got a lot of individual songs from artists where I only have 1 or 2 of their songs. Such as:
Bubbly - Colbie Caillat
No One - Alicia Keys
Breathe - Anna Nalick
Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol
Boston - Augustana
And lots and lots of others. I've got about 200 songs on my iPod at the moment =)
Oh, I also admit to having 15 songs from the Backyardigans =)
But I'm working for a Christmas gift for one of my good friends who loves that show (and no, she's not 7, although she might as well be)

At the moment I often listen to "Within Temptation", "Panic! at the disco", "Nightwish", or "Rhianna" ... but it changes weekly
