Hey guys,thank you sooo much for your support and I am really sorry for leaving the story here...So here goes!
Chapter 3
The golden sun filtered through the glass and filled the sunroom,casting everything a long shadow.It is peaceful,it is normal,but Paige doesn't feel normal at all.
Ever since she found out that she is a witch,and not just any with but the Charmed Ones,one of the most powerful witches of all time.With her sisters,they complete the Power Of Three,together they may vanquish almost any demon in this world.But nothing in her past had prepare her for this.
Piper and Paige had spent last two hours explaining what happened to Phoebe to Prue,with Piper drop in for a few extra points in the middle.The oldest Halliwell was silence throughout the explanations,and by the end of it,Prue was still silence,but she looked sharp at the same time,Paige could almost hear the sound of her brain turning,trying desperately to absorb everything and figure out a way to fix this.She was just like what Phoebe had said about her:strong,in control and is protective of her sister.Paige smile at the thought of Prue,at the same time,she felt her eyes burned.
"So..."Prue asked suddenly,breaking the thick silence hanging there for the whole day,"Is there anything written in The Book Of Shadow?"
"Ya,"Paige replied,"but Nada.Nothing about Mallory is there."
"I would like to look at it,"said Prue,standing up,"It never fail me."
Then,Leo spoke up suddenly that everyone turned to look at him,"Maybe Paige can orb it downstairs."
This is a strange request,Leo never wanted her to use her magic for such little things,he always worry about personal gains,but why now?Paige wondered,but she just shrugged and held out her hands,"Book of Shadow",she called.
...Nothing happen...
"Just as I thought,"said Leo.
"What?"Paige looked at her brother-in-law,"Why isn't my power working?"
"It is working."reassured Leo,"try to orb."
Paige does as told,and she found orbing is all too easy.
She was puzzled,thrown a question look at Leo's direction.
Leo sat down on the place she sat a few second ago before explaining,"Prue is here,Phoebe is weak,the Power Of Three you shared with Phoebe is also weaken.Now,all you have to do is reactivate the Power of Three with Prue and your power will be back."
Understanding hit Paige."OK!"she said and walked toward her sisters.
She shot steady stare at Prue,who nodded,held out her hand,and a reassuring smile at Piper,who reached out to hold Prue's.They all know the Power of Three is important in the time of this,and is ready to reactivate it before Mallory return/
With a deep breathe,Paige reached out her own hand,ready to touch her sisters'.
"Wait!",Chris said suddenly.Paige stopped,her hand hanging in mid-air,and she shot him a quizzical look.
Chris looked at his father,then opened his mouth and closed it,as if what he wanted to said need some effort.He finally managed it in the third attempt.
"Does Paige powers be different once the Power of Three reactivate?"
Paige looked at Leo,and he nodded.His eyes are telling her it's going to be OK.
They looked at each other for a few seconds too long,that everyone held their breath.Finally,Paige said,"I trust you."And she put her hand on top of her sisters.
A bright light illuminate the Halliwell sisters from the ceiling,and the Power of Three reactivated.
Paige closed her eyes,expecting a hard time for her to adept to her new powers.
