~This is a new story I've had in my head....just thought I'd try it out....This is just the prologue...tell me what you all think!!~
Without a Place
Patty Halliwell dove backwards as a thermal blast came in her direction. She had just sent the kids off with their grandmother to go to the park, and she was ready to go to work when the Quellar demon had attacked her. Unfortunately, her mother, Penny, had the most lethal power in the family....besides Prue of course. But, it was just her that was home, so she would just have to deal.
"You are not welcome here." Patty said with no sign of fear as she faced the demon in the conservatory.
"Oh, I'm sorry...do you want me to leave?" the Quellar demon asked with a sneer.
Patty knew the demon was being sarcastic, so trying to buy herself some time, she flung out her hand and slowed down the demon's particles so that he was at a stand-still. Now, she had to figure out how to vanquish him. Otherwise, she was doomed. The witch vowed not to let that happen, she couldn't abandon her daughters. All four of them, though only she, her mother, and her whitelighter Sam knew about the latest born.
Running up the stairs, Patty made her way to the manor's attic in search of the Book of Shadows. After finding it, she searched frantically for the page on the Quellar. She knew she had read it before, but couldn't remember how far into the book the entry was. As she flipped onto the page, the demon shimmered in.
"How I hate that power of yours.....but that won't matter in a minute or so. You'll be going somewhere that your powers won't help you. Where time accelerates faster, and you'll find yourself dying of old age within a few months." said the Quellar demon snidely as he conjured a piece of paper.
"I won't let that happen. You won't keep me away from my children." argued Patty as she looked down on the page in front of her.
The demon threw her back with a wave of his hand and the book flew under a sofa. "Its the love of having children that's making me do this you fool! Not only have you given birth to the Charmed Ones, but if I don't stop you there will another.....and I cannot allow that!" the Quellar demon yelled in fury.
Patty shook her head in disbelief as the demon started chanting. The room started to blur in front of her, and the next thing she knew the attic was replaced by a constant plane of nothing. All there was ......was nothing. "No!" shouted Patty as she stood up and looked around in sadness. That beast could not do this...she needed to get back.
All she wanted were her children...just a child to hold and tell that everything was going to be alright. That's when she felt something happen..inside of her. She felt something grow, she felt a child growing inside of her. It was slight, but overwhelming and she passed out in the process.
Eight hours later.........
Patty rubbed her eyes in exhaustion as she stood up. She felt, heavier. Hunger was starting to get to her, and she was still trying to remember why she had passed out so suddenly. Why had that happened? Then she saw her stomach.
"Oh my word!" she screamed gazing upon her eight month pregnant self.
Just like the demon had said, time accelerated faster in this dimension, but he hadn't said anything about wishes being granted by mere thought. Quellar must not have know that this would happen, otherwise he wouldn't have sent her here. He had said that he was trying to prevent her from having another child.
Then the pain came on, as her water broke. "Oh...god....not labor...again." she screamed as she prepared herself for yet another birth. It had been easier before, when she had her mother and Victor there to help her. Now she was all alone on some interdimensional plane having a child all by herself. This was bound to be interesting.
After a few seconds though, the child was born....much easier then when Prue had been born. Patty picked up her child, and gasped in disbelief, as she held a tiny baby boy in her hand. This was the first time any woman in the Halliwell line had gave birth to a boy, and Patty was shocked she had even had a child. She hadn't even had intercourse with anyone. This was all too weird.
Patty just looked at her son, still wondering how any of this was happening. She need a P name...hmm....Phillip...no.....Parker! "I'll call you Parker...the first Halliwell boy." she said as she wrapped him in her sweater and sat with him, holding him.
Then a thought came to her. Parker was obvoiusly a witch, and now with both of them they had more power and hopefully a way out of this trap that the demon had set.
Holding her son close, Patty chanted. "An unwanted journey brought me here, I can't allow my child to shed a tear, we wish now to leave this place. Let us both depart, without a trace!"
Patty and Parker both disappeared in a swirl of glowing light. They each returned safely to the other plane, but not together.........

~Now this will take place at the beginning of season eight in Charmed.....meaning everything that has happened in the series so far is the same in this fic~
Chapter One
When Patty Halliwell had returned from the alternate dimension, she was heartbroken. She knew that her baby had made it out, but she had no idea where he could be. She told her mother what happened, and together they searched the city for the infant. Penny had finally told her that because he had been born on that other plane that maybe he wasn't real. Patty wouldn't let herself believe that.
Parker had resurfaced in Los Angeles. The infant boy had been taken in by two women who found in an alleyway crying. They had brought him to an orphanage where he was raised until the age of seven. That was when he was taken in by his foster parents, Kevin and Lisa Stevens. They had planned the part in front of all the orphanage people, but when Parker went home with them he was miserable.
The only reason they had decided to take him in was for the money they recieved from the state. Kevin often beat Parker, and Lisa made him do all the cooking and cleaning. One of the main reasons they were so cruel to him was that weird things always seemed to happen when he was around. One time when Lisa had been yelling at him, Parker had wished that he could tape her mouth shut, and then moments later a peice of tape had appeared in his hands.
That was only one of the minor situations though. At age sixteen Parker finally got the courage to run away from the Steven's and use the latest check they had recieved from the state to move to San Francisco. Now, at age twenty four, he lived there in a crummy apartment. He worked as a part time photographer for any publication that would take his photos. More than anything though, Parker was a musician. He played the guitar and sang, sometimes able to book performances at small bars for a little pocket cash.
Parker knew nothing of his parents, and actually didn't think that he had any. He knew they were most likely dead, or that was what he wanted to think anyways. To think that his parents just left him in the street because they didn't want him was something he didn't want to ponder about. He had no idea that his real mother was a witch and that he had no father. Parker had no idea that he was born entirely from magic, and that he was part of a long legacy of witches, he being the first male born. He had no knowledge of four sisters that he had, well now only three, and had no idea that he would very soon meet them.
"Are you daydream' kid? I told you I want last month's rent!" said his landlord Charlie, with his wifebeater on revealing his beer belly. He wasn't the most pleasant person to look at first thing in the morning.
"Oh..right...sorry." said Parker as he tuned back in to what his landlord was saying. He tended to not listen when Charlie was talking, considering he was drunk most of the time.
Walking over to the couch in his incredibly small living room, Parker grabbed his wallet and pulled out a hundred dollar bill. ~Well, there's half of yesterday's paycheck~ He thought sadly as he placed the bill in Charlie's stubby hand. The man smiled happily, showing off his not so clean teeth.
"Don't be late next month, or I'll evict you." warned the short man. Parker knew his was lying, he put out the lame threat every month. The truth was, Charlie couldn't afford to evict him, not many people lived in the apartment building.
"Okay, Charlie." answered Parker through gritted teeth. This was just another reminder of how truly horrible his life was sometimes.
The landlord just turned and closed the door behind him. Parker sighed, ~Another day in paradise.~ he thought before deciding it was time to get ready for work.
Piper Halliwell rushed down the stairs with a baby monitor in her hand. She had just put Wyatt and Chris down for a nap, and she had a million things she had to do around the house and at P3. Another busy day for the working mother of the house. Sighing, she walked into the kitchen and opened up the fridge. She had to make sure she had everything to make her famous lazagna tonight. Paige had been hounding her all week to make the delicious Italian dish and finally Piper caved in and told her younger sister that she would make it.
Looking in the fridge, she discovered that they were all out of parmaesan cheese. "I do not have enough time to go the store...LEO!" shouted the angry witch loudly to the ceiling.
Moments later the Elder appeared in a swirl of white lights. "What is it honey?" asked her husband with a bright smile on his face. Ever since the Elder's Council had forgiven him, Leo had been in a very good mood. That was over three months ago, and he was still perky as ever.
Piper closed the refrigerator door and looked at her husband. "We're out of cheese and I don't have time to go get any, so if you all want me to make the lasagna someone better orb over to the supermarket, now!" she snapped impatiently. She was very stressed and not to mention very exhausted.
"Sure, no problem Piper. Do you need anything else, I don't have any magical duties to take care of today?" asked Leo with a caring expression.
"Unless you can cook as good as me, no." Piper replied as she went to the table and took her paperwork from P3 out of her bag and spread the papers against the hardwood tabletop. She had to do her monthly budgeting, and make sure her inventory was intact.
Piper sat down and pulled a pen out of her purse. She quickly started going over the figures on the peice of paper, and started to calculate how much she had made in profit. Then once that was done she could figure what percentage of that had to be dedicated to bills and inventory charges. It was then that a loud cry emitted from the baby monitor on the sideboard. Piper looked up with a scowl at the monitor and was tempted to blow it up. "Not now Chris, please." she begged, though knew her baby son could not hear her. It was still kind of weird knowing that she had met her son and found out what he was like at the age twenty one, but was glad that she had the experience.
"I'll go calm him down Piper, you get some work done. I'll head to the marker after I put Chris back down and then you can start dinner. Sound good?" suggested Leo as he looked over at her from his position at the island.
"Sure." answered Piper not looking up from her paperwork.
Leo orbed out.
"I need two of him." said Piper to herself, wishing she wasn't so busy.
It was then that her younger sister, Paige Mattews, orbed into the kitchen in front of her. "How's the lasagna?" she asked sniffing the air for the scent of the cuisine but couldn't smell anything.
"I haven't started yet, Leo went to go get cheese." answered Piper as she made a checkmark on her paper and looked up at her sister. "Why are you home so early?"
Paige looked at her defensively. "What? Am I not aloud to come home early? Does everyone think that just because I've been at Magic School twenty-four-seven that something must be wrong?" she asked putting her hands on her hips dramatically.
Piper raised an eyebrow at the headmistress. "No, that wasn't what I was thinking, but now that seems to be what's crossing my mind. Whatsup?" she asked pulling a strand of brown hair behind her ear. Probably something demonic, and that was sooo not what she needed at the moment.
"Nothing, just I think I've been spending too much time there. A young woman like me does not need to be spending all of her time at a school. Normal teachers at normal schools don't!" Paige said with her eyes bulging.
"What's up?" demanded Piper.
"Nothing, I just feel like I'm getting overwhelmed by magic. I haven't gone out in a long time! I used to love to go out and party! I am hereby taking a semi-break from magic. I will work normal hours at magic school during the day and then I will come home and do whatever I want. I am going to be as normal of a person as humanly possible." she vowed pointing her finger into the air. "Now, I'm going to go get out of these robes."
Paige then disappeared in a stream of orbs. "Well, she seemed frustrated." said Piper to herself before getting back to work. She mentally noted that Phoebe wasn't home and to check on her when she was done doing her paperwork. Phoebe was probably still writing her column, but a big sister's got to do what a big sister's got to do.

Parker walked down the street with a slight swagger in his step. He had just landed a photographing job with the city's leading newspaper, the Bay Mirror. The editor of the hit newspaper had heard of his work through a columnist at Nature Monthly. Parker had done a few shots of the city for last month's article on "the beauty of San Francisco", and the columnist had obviously put in a good word for him. Elise, the editor at the Bay Mirror, had offered him a crime scene gig and he had no doubt accepted it. If he did good on this shot then he had no doubt that she would hire him again, and maybe it would be for something bigger and he would get payed more than he was for these shots. Photography wasn't his true passion, but he liked taking pictures and if that was how he had to make his money then he didn't mind it at all.
Walking up to the scene and saw a smashed window at a downtown shop called The Magic Hat. It was obviously some type of occult store, and Parker found it interesting that someone would want to rob it. After making his way through the crowd for a closer look, he discovered that it wasn't a robbery at all. It was a murder scene. Two police officers were assisting the a paramedic who was wheeling a bodybag into the ambulance. Parker pushed his way past a few more people before taking out his pen and notepad. He had to take notes to put with his caption for the picture he would use. "Excuse me!" he called out.
A tall and muscular man with dark skin answered his call. "Yeah, what can I do for you?" the man asked with a tone that indicated he was busy and to make this quick.
"I was just wondering what happened...I'm have to take a photo for the Bay Mirror." replied Parker looking over at the man.
"A homocide was comitted at this location early this morning. So far there are no known suspects." the man said.
"And your name sir?" asked Parker writing down the officer's answer.
"Lieutenant Darryl Morris." he said. "I have to go." and the man walked off to talk to another officer.
Parker raised and eyebrow when the man had said his name. It sounded familiar, and this Darryl Morris looked familiar in some way. He brushed it off, remembering that he had pictures that he had to take. He walked to his left until he got a clear view of the broken shop window and the polic tape and took a few shots. After a few mintutes he decided he had enough and turned around. When he did so, a paramedic ran into him and dropped his medical bag.
"Oh, I'm sorry." said Parker as he bent to pick up the bag. When he reached for the bag it started to glow with a red fog-like aura before zooming a few feet away. It was happening again, something weird. Stuff like this happend to Parker sometimes, weird things that couldn't be explained. "Sorry, I got to go." he blurted before turning on his heel and speed walking away from the crime scene.
He kept on walking, never looking back. He asked himself over and over again in his mind why these things were happening to him. Had this been the reason his parents had abandoned him? No, he assured himself, they hadn't abandoned him. He wasn't going to let himself think negatively right now. Being freaked out was one thing, but going into panic was a whole new matter entirely. He had to develop his film and get it to the Bay Mirror pronto. He couldn't screw up this job, it could really jump start a photographing career and he could sure use the money. So, he walked in the direction of his apartment to develop his film.
Phoebe groaned in frustration as she read through another letter from one of her many advice seeking readers. This woman wanted to know how she could tell her little brother that he was loved. The woman's brother had a superiority complex and thought everyone was out to get him and that his family didn't love him. Phoebe had a slight disadvantage, she didn't have a brother, or so she thought, so she didn't know exactly how to deal with the situation. She minimized the window and decided to get some more coffee. Everyone else in the office had headed out already, so she was by herself.
As she walked out into the main office she remembered that Piper was cooking a big meal and that she should hurry and finish up. Piper would have a fit if everyone wasn't there to enjoy her wonderful cooking and it was wonderful. That was one talent Phoebe hadn't inherited from her grandmother, though she had inherited a lot. Being a witch for instance. A year and a half ago the Tribunal had punished Phoebe for using her powers for personal gain by taking them away. They had told her that to earn them back she would have to do good things and learn to live without using her active powers. Phoebe had quickly learned the lesson and now had all of her powers back. It felt good to be able to rely on them in combat again. It wasn't fun battling demon when they could throw lethal magical blasts at her and all she could do was fight hand to hand.
She heard the door open as she was refilling her cup. Turning around, she saw a tall guy with dark brown hair and amazing green eyes walk into the room. For some reason he looked extremely familiar, and Phoebe could've sworn she had met him before. "Can I help you?" she asked with a bright smile.
Parker looked at the woman and for some reason he felt like he knew her, like he always had known her. "Ah, yeah. I took some photos for Wednesday's edition. Elise told me that she would be here, but I was supposed to show up an hour ago so that's reasonable." he said feeling embarassed.
"I can leave it on her desk for you. I'm Phoebe Halliwell, most people know me as Ask Phoebe." she said still smiling.
"I'm Parker...I don't really have a last name...well I don't like to use it anyways. I'll just set it on the desk myself." he said as he did so. "It was nice to meet you Phoebe." Parker extended his hand.
Again they both felt like they knew eachother. Phoebe reached out and shook his hand. She gasped loudly as a premonition zoomed into her mind.
Parker was taking pictures at a warehouse, by himself. It was then that a demon shimmered in and threw him backwards through a pile of crates. The demon created an energy ball and threw it at him, but as Parker threw his hand up, a red shock wave repelled the blast back at the demon. Angry, the demon picked him up and stabbed him with a conjured athame.
When Phoebe came back from the premonition she saw that Parker was no longer in the room. He must've gotten spooked when had gotten the vision of the future. "Just great," she said.

Phoebe rushed into the manor and threw her purse and keys on the banister. Her shoes clunked loudly as she hurried through the house.
"Piper! Paige! Leo!" she shouted loudly as she kept on walking right up to the attic. Upon entering, she went to the Book of Shadows and started flipping in search of the demon from her premonition.
Paige and Piper appeared in a swirl of blue and white orbs. "What's going on Phoebs?" asked Paige curiously.
Piper sighed as she saw her sister searching through the Book of Shadows. Obviously something demonic was going on, and she was really not in the mood for vanquishing demons right now. This day was stressful enough as it was, and she didn't need demons thrown into the mix.
"I had a premonition." mumbled Phoebe not looking up from the book. She had to find that demon. They didn't have much time left until her vision took place.
Piper threw her hands on her hips in exasperation. "Of what Phoebe?" she questioned impatiently.
"I was at work and this guy came to bring in some pictures he had taken for Elise. We shook hands and then I got a vision of a demon attacking him, but when the demon tried to kill him he used magic." explained Phoebe still flipping through the pages of the ancient tome.
Paige thought about what her sister said. "What was his name?" she asked figuring that might be helpful.
"Parker." replied Phoebe quickly.
"What's his last name?" asked Piper.
"He didn't say."
"That's not going to help us much. Do you know where the premonition took place because otherwise we have no way of finding him." said Paige as she walked over to the book.
"Found it!!!" exclaimed Phoebe in triumph as she slammed her finger down on the page on the words about the demon.
"The Quellar demon. This upper level demon is extremely difficult to vanquish. If you ever come into contact with it summon Patty Halliwell." read Paige aloud and she exchanged looks with her sisters. Their mother had obviously encountered this demon before and must've known something about it. They didn't have time to summon her at the moment though.
"My premonition took place at a warehouse in the shipping district." said Phoebe as she grabbed onto her sister's hands. Paige orbed them out in a hurry.
The warehouse smelled like mold and dust swirled at his feet as he stepped into the abandoned building. Parker had been hired to take some pictures of the property for a company that wanted to condemn it. He needed to get some shots that proved its unstableness. His camera hung loosely around his neck from its strap as he walked deeper into the main area, scouting for a good shot. The smell was starting to get unbearable. Tearing this place down sounded like a great idea to him. He wondered what someone would want to build in the middle of the shipping district though. Probably another warehouse which he thought would be kind of pointless. Destroy this warehouse then build another one right on top of it, right.
Seeing a large crack in the wall, Parker brought up his camera and took a snapshot. Turning around, he took another couple of miscellaneous pictures. The place looked horrible, so he just figured he'd take pictures of everything.
The Quellar demon shimmered into the warehouse behind him. He smiled evilly to himself as he saw the man he had been seeking to find for so long. He had to prevent the boy from finding his siblings. If he had known that he had caused the boy to be born by sending the witch to another plane, he never would've acted like he had. Those were worries of the past now though. Here was his opportunity to kill the witch, and stop his destiny from being fulfilled.
Quellar grabbed Parker by the shirt and threw him forcefully into a tall stack of crates. The stack caved in around him, burying the witch in a pile of plastic squares. Pleased with himself, the demon tossed an energy ball at him.
A cloud of orbs appeared in the room as the Charmed Ones solidified. The watched as the magical attack soared through the air at Parker.
Not knowing what was happening or what to do, Parker shot out his hand in fear. He watched as a red shock wave appeared and the energy ball bounced off of it and back at the demon. Quellar was only thrown back a couple of feet and started to conjure another energy ball. Piper took the opportunity to interrupt and flicked her hands at the demon, accelerating particles to cause a miniature explosion on his chest. The demon cried out in pain before shimmering out of there.
"What is going on?" asked Parker as he stood up, wincing slightly from the pain.
"We're no exactly sure, but you need to come with us." said Phoebe kindly as she took a step in his direction. "No way. After what I just saw her do I'm not going anywhere near her." Parker said shaking his head, eyes wide in shock.
Piper tossed her hair back, not happy with his comment, and placed her hands on her hips. "We came to help you." she snapped.
"Please Parker, he's just going to keep attacking you if you don't come back to our house with us." said Paige.
Phoebe nodded in agreement.
"Okay..." Parker said.

The four of them orbed back to the Halliwell manor. They all walked into the parlor where Parker sat down. He felt like everyone was moving a thousand miles per hour and his parking break was still on. He had just been in that warehouse a moment ago and now here he was in this huge manor. It was a little much for someone to take in.
"We should go get the book, and summon mom." said Phoebe to Paige and Piper.
"Before you do anything, I want an explanation." interrupted Parker. "What was that guy, and what did she do to him?"
Paige exchanged a look with both of her sisters. She had been in his shoes once, and knew exactly how he was feeling. It would probably be best for her to try to explain it to him. "He was a demon, and we are good witches." she started, wanting to see how it would take the first bit of information.
Parker's jaw dropped. "What?" he asked increduously.
"I used my power to blow things up on him so that he wouldn't hurt you, but unfortunately it didn't kill him." explained Piper, really not in the mood for this.
"So, he was a demon and you're all witches with magical powers?" he asked skeptically.
"Yes, and so are you. I have the power of premonition, and when we shook hands I got a vision of the demon attacking you. I also saw you use your power, whatever it is." Phoebe said to him, trying to keep him calm.
"So that guy made me some kind of freak?" questioned Parker with wide eyes.
"No. You were born a witch. Do you know who your real parents are?" said Phoebe.
"No, I was abandoned....left on the street." answered Parker as he looked to the floor.
"We're sorry..." said Paige who sat down next to him. "We need to go figure out why this demon was after you. We're the Charmed Ones, the strongest good witches, we'll help you." she assured him.
"I'll call Leo, he can get you something to drink while we go check the book." said Piper. "Leo!!"
Moments later the whitelighter appeared. He saw the new person in the room, but knew he must be magical because otherwise they wouldn't have called him into the same room. "What's up?" Leo asked.
"We need to go talk to mom. Can you stay here with Parker and get him something eat?" asked Piper already knowing he would do so.
"Of course." her husband answered.
"Lets go." hurried Paige as the three of them walked out of the room and up the stairs toward the attic.
Paige was the first to enter the large uppermost floor of the Halliwell manor and walked to the book. She flipped pages, looking for the spell to summon a ghost, as her sisters waited patiently in front of her. After a minute or so of searching, she found the spell and got ready to perform it.
"Hear these words, heed my cry, spirit from the other side I summon thee. Cross now the great divide!" she chanted.
Bright swirling lights started to appear in front of them as their mother appeared. Then, surprisingly, Grams appeared also. They both smiled at the sisters before anyone spoke a word.
"Quellar demon, explain, now." said Piper with her arms folded across her chest in frustration.
"You've found the Quellar demon?" asked Patty with excitement visible on her face, and in her voice.
"Yes, and a boy named.." started Phoebe but she was interrupted by her mother.
"Parker, Oh goddess!" Patty exclaimed as she put a hand over her heart and closed her eyes for a moment. She then opened them and looked at Grams. "I told you mother."
"Can someone please tell us what is going on?" asked Piper raising her voice.
Penny and Patty both looked at eachother for a moment. This was going to be very difficult for them to explain to them. It had been hard enough telling Piper and Phoebe about Paige, and now there was this. Penny had never really expected anyone to find Parker, because she didn't think that he existed. Patty on the other hand had always had faith, but hadn't prepared herself for this conversation yet. It was going to be difficul indeed.
"I battled the Quellar demon twenty four years ago, and he sent me to an alternate plane of existance. One where magic can be accessed by mere thought, and where time accelerates much quicker. While there, I wished that I could have my children, and by doing so became magically pregnant. Because of the extreme amount of magical energy on this plane and the time difference Parker was born after only eight hours of being inside of me. When I used both of our magic to get off of that plane, the spell brought us both to different places. I thought he was lost for good, but now you've found him. A baby born completely from magic, the first male Halliwell." explained Patty, waiting for her daughter's reactions.
"No, you are not telling me that he's our brother." said Piper.
"Yes, he is. I thought that your mother had merely thought she had a child because of the magic in the dimension she was on, but obviously I was wrong." said Grams with a roll of her eyes.
"So, are we the...Power of Four now?" Paige asked.
"No, see that's where things become confusing. Because Parker was born on a different plane, he doesn't have a destiny on our plane. He is allowed to exist here, but fate won't apply to him in the same way as you. Unlike any other person on Earth, he must forge his own destiny." said Patty.
"He's not Charmed?" asked Phoebe curiously.
"Well, because is a Halliwell born from your mother he would be able to step in if one of you were to die. But, that's not to happen." answered Penny.
"So, he's like an alternate?" said Paige.
"I guess you could say he's without a place, until now that is. Now that you've found him you can be a family." said Patty glad that her family was now complete.
"How can you just throw this on us like this...again?" asked Piper.
"Piper, this is no one's fault. You may have never met Parker, but the way he's lived his life thus far has brought him to you. He's your brother, and its time he learns the family trade." Patty told her.
"If he's a Halliwell then he must've inherited one of the three Warren powers, but we saw him use some red shock wave thing." said Phoebe perplexed.
"Its a form of telekinesis, called Kinetic Manipulation. It gives him the ability to charge himself and other items with kinetic energy." explained Grams using her vast knowledge of magic.
"So, how do we vanquish the Quellar demon?" asked Paige.
"You should a Power of Three..plus one...spell. But, the Quellar demon told me that he was sending me to a different plane to prevent me from having another child, so Parker must be important for some reason. Remember this, its time for us to go." said Patty and her and Grams disappeared.
"Well, that was interesting." said Phoebe with a sigh. "What're we going to do?" asked Paige.
"Welcome a sibling into the family....again." replied Piper.

Chapter Two
Quellar shimmered into the underworld, knowing that he was going to be in serious trouble. He was supposed to fix this problem twenty four years ago, and now here it was, worse than ever. The part that urked him the most was that the hole reason any of this was happening was in fact because of him. If only he had left well enough alone and not sent the witch to that other plane and just killed her instead. He had wanted to impress his superiors, but instead had only angered them a great deal. Things were not looking good for this demon, not good at all.
"How come he isn't dead yet, Quellar?" asked a voice from the shadows in the corner of the room. Quellar knew all too well who it was, having heard that voice for hundreds of years now.
"He must've come into contact with the psychic sister. They saved him when I attacked at the warehouse. He's at the manor with them as we speak, master." said Quellar knowing he was in a tight spot. It would be best for him to use all the respect he had inside him, otherwise he might not exist very much longer.
"You have truly made a mess of this Quellar. I won't tolerate this kind of imcompetence any longer. You have one more chance to kill the Mage, and if you fail.....lets just say if the sisters don't vanquish you I will." the voice said threateningly to him.
Quellar let out a small sigh of relief. He hadn't expected his master to give him another chance, but was glad that he had. This was his last opportunity to show him that he an asset. The demon had killed many a witch in his day, and there was no reason why he couldn't kill this one. Just because this particular witch happened to be born entirely of magic didn't mean that he would be any harder to kill. Parker had just activated his powers, and therefor did not know how to use them yet. He had to act quickly, and maybe, just maybe he would prevail.
"Yes, I will not fail. Consider the witch as good as dead." vowed Quellar before turning on his heel and shimmering out.
"It was nice knowing you." the voice said to himself.
Parker sat at the dining room table, Leo sat across from him. The sisters had been upstairs for while now, and Parker wondered to himself what it was that they were doing up there. So much was happening though, that he really didn't put too much thought into that matter. It was bad enough that some psychopathic guy with magical powers had attacked him, but now these people were telling him that he was a witch. Yeah, weird things did happen to him every now and then, but that didn't make him some freak with a broomstick. A voice inside of him realized this was denial though. Parker had always believed in magic, and had always thought maybe that was why strange things occurred around him. But, now that the theory was being thrown out in the open, he wasn't too sure he liked the idea of being a witch. Maybe that was why his parents had left him in the street. Maybe he had hurt them with his powers when he was a baby. That would sure answer a lot of his questions, but Parker didn't want to believe that his parents would abandon him because of something like that. He liked to think that he had been kidnapped and his parents had no way of locating him. It was easier to sleep at night thinking that your parents had loved you, even if you had no proof on the matter.
"Would you like something to eat?" asked Leo with kind eyes. The whitelighter knew what he was going through and how hard it must've been for him at that moment. It was hard to find out that you had magical powers, and even harder when the reason you found out was because you were attacked by a demon.
"No thanks man, I'm good. Just a little overwhelmed." replied Parker before picking up his glass and taking a sip of iced tea. It was the best he had ever tasted before in his life.
"I know it must be hard, but just remember that magic is a gift...not a burden." Leo told him.
"This is just weird because it makes me wonder....is this the reason my parents gave me up?" asked Parker, not knowing why he was revealing his thoughts to the guy. He just felt like he could talk to him, for some reason.
"They didn't give you up." said Phoebe from the doorway, Paige and Piper on either side of her.
"What?" asked Parker, startled a little from their entrance.
"Your parents didn't give you up Parker, you were taken away. Parker, you're our brother." Paige told him, awaiting his reaction to the news. Leo's eyes got wide as he heard her.
"Huh?" he asked not believing it.
"You're our little brother. Our mother gave birth to you on an alternate plane of existance, just by thinking of having a child she had one because the magic was amplified in that dimension. Technically, you don't have a father, but a mother who loves you. She wrote a spell to get you both off of the plane, but it backfired and sent you to LA." said Piper rushing through the story, considering they had a demon to vanquish.
"So, you're trying to tell me that I don't have a father, that I was born on an alternate plane after only being in the whom for eight hours, and that I'm your brother?" asked Parker with wide eyes.
The three of them nodded in agreement as if it were nothing.
"I'm going crazy. This is probably just some illusion that I'm making up in my head. Oh god, I'm going to get put in the nut house." rambled Parker to himself, not believing anything that was going on. This was a whole lot for a person to take in.
"Parker, I can sense how hard this is for you and it'll take time to get used to being a witch and a brother, but we have a demon that has to be vanquished. We need your help." said Phoebe, now able to control her empathy, she could sense his emotions without actually acting them out herself.
"How can I help you?" he asked.
"You have a very unique power, and we need to help you figure out how to use it." said Piper.
"Our powers are triggered through our emotions, so lets try something. I'm going to orb that toy over there at you and I want you to deflect it." said Paige as she gave him a second you prepare.
Parker stood up from his chair. He tensed his hands, waiting for the toy to come toward him.
"Toy!" he heard Paige call out as blue and white orbs surrounded the child toy and it soared in his direction.
Parker shot his hand forward and a red energy field emitted as he repelled the toy back at Paige. She caught it in her hand and smiled at him. At least that part was easy, but there was much more he had to master.
"Now, Grams said that he would be able to charge objects with kinetic energy. Give him the toy Paige." Phoebe said then turned to Parker, "When you used your power a minute ago, the emotion I felt was fear, so when you catch the toy think of something attacking you and the only way you can defend yourself is with the toy." she instructed him.
Paige tossed the toy to him and he caught it easily. As it laid there in his palm, he thought of the demon attacking him, and then himself trying to hit it with the small rattle. When he opened his eyes, Parker say the rattle surrounded it a red fog of energy. Scared, he dropped it, and when it hit the floor it bounced off and shot up at the ceiling. It bounced back and forth, leaving puffs of smoke as the energy hit the surfaces.
Piper froze the rattle, and Phoebe levitated into the air and grabbed it when it was halfway to the ceiling. She floated back to the ground and placed the toy on the tabletop before turning back to him and smiling kindly."There, not that hard, is it?"
Parker was amazed at their powers. They were really strong, and he wished he could use his powers like that. Just that thought alone showed him how much his lifewas about to change. He was thinking about using powers, and fighting demons. Maybe this was for the best though. That was what he had to think at that point, to keep him from going crazy.
"So, about this demon?" he asked.
"Now we're talking." said Piper with a grin.
The cries of Chris and Wyatt started to emit from the small baby monitor on the table.
"Leo, can you go take Chris and Wyatt to Magic School. I don't want them here when we vanquish the Quellar demon." said Piper nicely, in a slightly better mood now.
"Sure, call me after." said Leo as he orbed out of the room.
"Lets go write ourselves a spell." suggested Paige as she turned and led the way to the attic.

Phoebe sat on one of the attic's many sofas, Parker next to her, writing the vanquishing spell for the Quellar demon. The wording had to be just right, and Phoebe had no idea what the spell would be like with her brother added to the magical quota. It felt weird, having a brother that is, because Phoebe had always been used to having two sisters. There were definitely going to be some changes around the Halliwell manor now, that was for sure. She didn't see it as a bad thing though. Phoebe was ready to love her brother just like she loved her sisters, but at the same time knew that it would take some time for him to open up. She and Piper had an advantage, because they had gone through this once already with Paige. That also gave her an advantage also though because she knew exactly what Parker was going through. Either way, he was welcome in their family.
"So, the spells have to rhyme right?" questioned Parker who was now curious about magic.
"Yeah, I never really understood why, but once you get used to it the rhyming just comes to you. Just ask Paige." answered Phoebe though she didn't look up from her notepad.
Paige and Piper were standing at the book. They had been searching for a summoning spell while Phoebe and Parker had been writing the vanquishing spell. They had to find a way to get the demon in the house so they could vanquish his sorry ass.
"Found it." Paige's voice sounded out.
"You almost ready with the spell Phoebe?" asked Piper as she started to memorize the summoning spell. She left her place at the book and gathered the ingredients for the small ritual.
"Done." replied Phoebe as she dropped her pencil on the sofa and motioned for Parker to join her and Paige at the book.
"Okay, now when the demon attack you have to be ready to deflect anything he sends at you. We're going to be here to protect you, but you can't rely just on us. You have to trust your own magic." Paige instructed him.
"Got it." Parker assured her with confidence.
Piper walked back over to them and they all joined hands in front of the page with the incantation on it. They all started to chant, "Reckless demon running free, we call you here, so we may see!"
Quellar had been waiting for the summoning, and appeared in the attic, accompanied by six other demons. They were lower level, but strength in numbers was always a good thing when going up against the Charmed Ones. The demon hoped that the other demons would distract the sisters, so that he could have his way with the boy.
"Damn it." cursed Piper as she flung out her hands and blasted the demon nearest her.
"Parker get ready." warned Phoebe as she got into a fighting stance. She was now a formidable opponent and was ready to kick some demon ass.
The demons started to attack. One formed an energy ball and threw it at them with great speed. Paige was ready though, and orbed it back at him. That was two down and five to go. Phoebe levitated into the air and roundhouse kicked the demon in front of her. He stumbled backwards slightly and she took the opportunity and lay into him with another kick. He recovered and tossed a fireball at her, but she used her empathy and vanquished him with his own attack. Another energy ball was thrown at Piper, and she dove to the ground, not having enough time to freeze it. It went right in Parker's direction, but he deflected it into the wall.
While all of this was going on, Quellar mad his way through the melee to Parker. The witch was thrown off when an energy ball was thrown at him and he took the chance to attack. With a wave of his hand, the demon sent Parker soaring through the air and slamming into the wall with a thud. Parker started to get back up although the pain was tremendous, and used the wall for support. Quellar was already moving closer to him with a ball of flames in his hand. If only he had something to defend himself with. Like a baseball bat, that would be perfect. Amazed, Parker saw a baseball bat phase into his hand, like the tape had all those years ago. It must've been another power, but he didn't have time to ponder. He concentrated on the bat and the same red fog surrounded it like it had the rattle. Right when the demon was in range, Parker swung the bat and it connected hard with Quellar's gut. The demon was thrown back with a strong kinetic force and thrown into a shelf on the wall.
Piper saw the demon fly past her and was relieved that her brother had defended himself. She quickly flicked her wrists and vanquished the last demon, besides Quellar. "Hurry, everyone come read the spell!" she shouted as her sisters and brother ran to her side.
Phoebe held out of the small piece of notepaper and they all read the spell aloud. "We vanquish you now for our mother. A wound so deep that you'll never recover. We call upon the Power of Three plus one.....may your existance be undone!" and with that Quellar exploded, sent to burn for eternity.
