Oh my.. what a shock! Poor Victor, he just found out his daughter didn't die (Which is fantastic news) but now he is about to get told that if it wasn't bad enough his wife had an affair she also had a baby to the other guy, and she's here right now! That's alot to take in! But I spose the girls took it all in the day prior so I'm sure he can handle it! I just wonder how he is going to react?? Will wait and see, another update would be dandy Primose

Sammi, Alysha, and charm1d -- your wish is my command!
Here is the latest update for your reading pleasure.
--PIPER--
“Sorry, Dad,” I replied, giving him an apologetic smile. “I wanted to ask Prue something. I freeze time, if you recall. Just like Mom did.”
Dad nodded, looking between Prue and me. “Magic has a tendency to mess with my head. Sorry, girls. I know it’s part of who you are.”
--PRUE--
Piper gave me an amused look.
I smiled. “Well, actually, Vic…Dad, getting Piper back wasn’t the only thing that happened after we defeated Kernus.”
He looked at me. “Again, I thought you needed Piper to defeat Kernus.”
“Oh, we needed her,” I told him, “but not, as it turned out, to defeat Kernus. After we did, we were given a chance to decide if we wanted to keep our powers or not.”
--VICTOR--
I stood still. This was not something I expected to hear.
--PRUE--
“Phoebe and I are no longer witches,” I informed him, something I knew he would be glad of. It was one of the things he had tried to do when he had first seen us almost three years previous. He had wanted us to give up magic.
--VICTOR--
“And Piper is,” I stated, looking at my middle daughter.
“And Piper is,” Prue agreed with a nod. “We weren’t the only ones given that option either. Cole, Phoebe’s boyfriend, is now mortal. He's no longer half-demon. Leo chose to remain a whitelighter.” She paused as a smile came to her lips, “And we got back another of our dead.”
I looked at her surprised, all my attention on her. “Not Patty, was it?”
--PRUE--
I shook my head. How I would have loved to have Mom back, but I was very glad to have Andy. “No, not Mom.”
“Someone I know?” Dad asked, trying to prompt a response.
I nodded. “I should think so. We’ve known him pretty much our entire lives. Do you remember Andy?”
--VICTOR--
“Andy Trudeau?” I asked, to be sure. “He was a police officer or something.”
“Police inspector,” Prue corrected. She glanced toward the dining room. “Yes, Andy Trudeau. He’s alive again.”
“When you were little, I seem to recall you were close,” I commented, only having that time frame to draw memories from about Andy. “When did he die?”
--PRUE--
“Two years ago,” I informed him. “He saved our lives. Apparently the Elders made him a whitelighter after that.”
Dad scowled. He didn’t like whitelighters.
--PIPER--
“Dad, come on,” I protested softly. “Leo and Andy are not the same as Sam, and it wasn’t really Sam who broke up your marriage, now was it?”
Dad continued to scowl.
“It wasn’t, was it?” I repeated.
Prue gave me a look.
“Well, it wasn’t,” I protested. “Maybe he was the reason they didn’t get back together, but it was Grams who pushed them apart.”
--PRUE--
Why am I even arguing in this conversation? I thought as I looked at Piper. The end result is even if Grams did give them a push to separate; she stayed and raised us when Mom died. Victor left.
--PIPER--
I shook my head and waved my hands. Dad froze again. “Look, Prue, we don’t need Dad focused on how much he disliked Sam, not with Paige in the other room. Like it or not, Dad isn’t going to see John and Mary Matthews’ daughter when he looks at her, when he finds out who she is. He’s going to see Patty Halliwell and Sam Wilder’s daughter, even though she doesn’t know the first thing about them."
END of CHAPTER
To Be Continued....

Great update Primrose! Victor's reaction was perfect as was Prue's. I can see why he is surprise about the not being witches and Andy being alive- or well not knowing he even died
Keep em' coming!

charm1d, welcome to the story. I'm glad that you like it thus far. I love it when people enjoy my stories and Es and Primrose where great to not only let me write a sequal but to help make it sound more like their style and Primrose putting it into her special style. I haven't worked on this in a while as I have been working on others of my Charmed fics, but they still have another chapter to post before the story is caught up to me. I look foward to seeing how Primrose divides up the sections for points of view. I'll try getting some work done on this some time in the next week. I like to stay ahead of readers.
Primrose, I enjoyed rereading this from you special way of doing it. I look foward to how you do the next chapter.

Thanks for the compliments guys! *grins*
Here's the latest piece for your reading pleasure.
I know it's been a long, long, long time in coming. But remember -- good things take time.
Enjoy!
CHAPTER EIGHT --PRUE--
I sighed. “You’re right. This isn’t Paige’s fault and she doesn’t need to get blamed for it. I just don’t like Grams to be more on his bad side.”
Piper shrugged. “I’m not sure that’s possible. She never much liked the fact that Mom married a mortal. And he could tell, although I’m not sure he understood why.”
I turned to look at Dad and sighed again. “I guess you better unfreeze him. We’ll think of something.”
--PIPER--
I waved my hands, unfreezing Dad.
He eyed me wearily. “Would you please stop doing that? If you need to talk, just don’t freeze me.”
I glanced at Prue. When she nodded, I cleared my throat. “Well, the thing is, there is something else we need to tell you.”
“Something unpleasant, I gather.”
I gulped. “Well, that kind of depends on how you look at it, I guess. Unexpected for sure.”
--PRUE--
“It’s about Mom,” I added, “like I mentioned earlier.”
“Oh for goodness sakes,” a voice behind us interrupted. “I’ll tell him.”
--VICTOR--
I groaned. “Don’t tell me I can’t avoid you even after you’re dead.”
“Really, Victor,” the ghostly specter of my dead mother-in-law scolded. “It is unfortunate that Patty went and married you, though I suppose without you, she wouldn’t have had the girls. Still, magic is magic and while I am dead, that did not stop me from being magical.” She looked fondly at my two older daughters. “Now, my darlings, allow me to explain things to your father.”
--PIPER--
Prue and I looked at each other, not at all sure how well this would go. It was me who spoke up. “Be nice, Grams. He’s already had quite a shock with finding out I’m alive, again.”
--VICTOR--
“Piper,” I protested. “I’m not going to break.”
“It’s quite simple,” Penny informed me. “After you left Patty...”
“You mean after you chased me off and threatened to hex me if I came back,” I interrupted.
--PIPER--
“Grams!” I exclaimed. “You didn’t!”
Grams shrugged. “I did what was necessary”
“We needed him,” I protested.
“You grew up just fine without him.”
--PRUE--
Piper glanced over at me. Sure we grew up just fine, except that for the most part we have issues with our father.
Grams was still talking. “Besides, he ignored me. He came back a couple of times after that.”
--PIPER--
“And did you do anything to him?” I demanded, not liking the way this conversation was going.
“No,” Grams admitted. “Nothing magical at least. Patty made me promise.”
--VICTOR--
“Would someone just tell me what’s going on?” I demanded, looking first at my two daughters and then at my mother-in-law.
Penny rolled her eyes in annoyance. “Really, Victor. Show some patience.”
“My daughter died,” I reminded her. “And now she’s alive again. They tell me there’s something else and you want patience?” and I rolled my eyes.
--PRUE--
“Look, Grams,” I spoke up, “if you’re going to tell him, tell him. If not, let us figure out how to do it.”
“And that,” Dad added, looking at me, “sounds ominous.”
Grams gave him a look. “Really, Victor. It’s nothing bad. It’s something quite good, in fact. After you left, Patty became involved with her whitelighter.”
--VICTOR--
“I’m very well aware of that,” I reminded her through gritted teeth.
Of course, she ignored me. “It was forbidden, of course, but I imagine they would have overlooked it in the end had Patty not become pregnant.”
My mouth dropped and I stared at her stunned. “Patty had another kid? A kid with Sam?” I spat out the whitelighter’s name as if it didn’t belong in that sentence. “That’s what you three are trying to work up to.”
“Dad.” The sound of Piper’s voice got my attention and I turned to look at her. “If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t be alive.”
If you want more, well....you know the drill!
