^ oh, well I'll have to find some other way to watch it  I agree with you, since other shows have had uneven seasons but then I guess it meant that viewers would want to watch the next season to see what happened to Andrea. Well, you'll see who people voted for but that's only 50% of the total result.  |

Please only positive comments. If you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say anything That's right. I went there That's not true. Reading nothing but sucking up is very boring. Threads are for people to make their opinions known. They said we couldn't bash in the UCGC thread, but we could bash in the fan artists' thread. I won't (since these are SOO much better than your contest entries), but if Cara wants to (especially when she's right) she sure can! I totally agree. Sometimes reading criticisms helps you become a better artist. because if people didn't point stuff out your work would keep looking the same rather than getting better |

^^ Alrighty, Es & Georgia. New Wallpaper.  Nicholas, regarding your "wallpapers" take some friendly advice. Oversized stretched banners do *not* make good wallpapers! That's why no one voted for your entry when they didn't know it was yours. As for the judges, it's nice to have good friends in high places. I anonymously showed the entries to a friend who IS a professional artist..she sells artworks. She got to yours, she said, "ICK! Next!" then said, "It's just a stretched banner; not a wallpaper at all. I have no idea what the judges were thinking..." Stick with doing siggies based on other people's work. You do that a lot better. |

I shouldn't speak since I can't make fan art at all, but I know what I like and since your best stuff is stuff based on other people's work, take it as you want it. I mean I know that imitation is the best form of flattery, but... |

*shrug* I didn't call you a plageurizer. I said your best work is BASED on others. That's not the same as stealing. Only you know if you did that.
But if others look at the third picture in my siggy which Primrose made for me in early August (and she showed me the pictures I could choose from in late July) and then look at the last picture in your so-called "wallpaper" entry which you did in September, they can come to their own conclusions...

Thanks for admitting that you "borrowed" one of Primrose's, just like you did with a number of your best works. I see you earlier asked me when else did you do that and you've since removed that post. You remember now, don't you??
I do hope you realize that by admitting that you had "borrowed" one of Primrose's images (and blatantly--using one from a signature of a member who posts a lot) that you violated the number one rule of the contests:
1. All work must be your own
If you had any sense of fair play (which, of course, you don't, or you wouldn't have "borrowed" Primrose's image or attempt to suck up to the judges), you would withdraw from the contest immediately.
And if not, the judges should kick you out. I know they won't because they're your friends. But if you expect anyone else to believe you when you say that your friends won't be doing your next project for you and they won't vote for you, think again!
PS I would've kept quiet about all of this as I have since you started this thread, but it was this:

after I knew how often you've "borrowed" other people's images and ideas without permssion that got me upset. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! Especially when I have *never* done that.
And then when I found out that *YOU* were the one who had "borrowed" the image from my siggy, a siggy made for me to my specifications, well, that was the last straw, especially after your sucking up to the judges is what kept you in the contest when no votes from the members should've thrown you out no matter what the judges thought.

I am a judge on the contest and to be honest i think i am judging it fairly, you can think what you like Es but at the end of the day to me anyway it doesn't matter if i know the person or not i judge on the quality of the artwork and if it followed the rules or not.
