you just save it to your computer and upload it to an image service like www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us,then copy and paste the link to it in the avatar box in your profile  edited because i mis-spelled photobucket  |

ok, so i was able to change my signature with no problem, but for some reason i am unable to keep my avatar up. i can't even get my old one to work anymore.
