If you would like me to make you a personalised avatar(moving or static) or signature banner, this is the place to request one or even both.
Just make sure you tell me what(if any in particular)picture's you'd like, the colour's and/or text you'd like on it and I'll do the rest.
It doesn't have to be charmed related if you don't want one though, ill try anything.
In the mean time I will be posting Charmed avatar's and signature banner's up on here for you to use.
