You can compare the kind of friendship that Paige had with Glenn to what kind of friendship that Julianne & Michael had in the movie "My Best Friend's Wedding" just without the sex.
An actual relationship with children involved would not had worked out between Paige & Glenn, no, she ended up with the right guy to spend the rest of her life with: Henry.

I found it so good that she had someone so good in the end... After she had like all her sisters not much luck in love... Rose McGowan said in an interview that she really liked Kyles Charcter and that she found it bad that it did not worked out. You can compare the kind of friendship that Paige had with Glenn to what kind of friendship that Julianne & Michael had in the movie "My Best Friend's Wedding" just without the sex. An actual relationship with children involved would not had worked out between Paige & Glenn, no, she ended up with the right guy to spend the rest of her life with: Henry. I personally do not think Paige should have had her own children. For me, being a Social Worker was her calling and helping those children was what she was destined for. Not every woman needs to be a mother. There are other ways to have kids. Happy Paige = Glenn + being a Social Worker - biological children. My opinion. |

I think she was good as social worker... but this does not speak against children... I think Paige is a good Mum and I think she can be happy with Henry in the end too!!! |

No one. I think she would've been best just concentrating on being a witchlighter. Like all Halliwells, she was dreadful when she was in love, always just concentrating on herself and her family, not on others like Charmed Ones are supposed to.
But if I had to choose, it would definitely be Henry--Glen was just a friend who she *wanted* to be her boyfriend, but who loved someone else, Jessie.
No, actually if I had to choose, it would be Leo. With her, he would've kept his wings. And if Henry had ended with Piper, she could've had her normal life. Best of all, we wouldn't have had to tolerate the Twice Blessed Brat or Chris, especially if Paige didn't marry Leo and Piper didn't marry Henry until the last season. I would've preferred no one married until the last season..that was when the show jumped the shark.
So I voted for Someone Else.

I'll agree with this if you take out Glenn and put in Leo. Glenn only loved her as a friend...she would eventually have resented him and divorced him--only in fics do they actually love each other. Paige and Leo childless with Paige concentrating on her social work and Leo concentrating on his charges would've made the best couple on Charmed. If Brody wouldn't have been so obsessed, I would substitute him in this, but I didn't like Paige with him...not when she turned her back on her sisters to be with him. The same way I hated Phoebe when she did that with Cole (one of many reasons why I think Phoebe and Cole is one of the worst couples, right after Piper and Leo or Phoebe and all of her other slampieces, Coop included), I hated Paige when she did that. Somehow I don't think that would've happened if she was with Leo. |

Piper and Leo were in love long before Paige entered the show, so you can see why no one else is really considering that option! Charmed would have become a full on soap opera if anything of that nature had happened.
I picked Glenn, simply because we had such a sense of a history with their characters, I felt like we knew him the best out of all Paige's men - even though he was in it the least.

Oh, just because it could never happen doesn't mean I don't look at it as a possibility. As I've said before, if I had my way, Prue would've ended with Cole, Phoebe with S2 Cupid, Paige with Leo, and Piper with nobody! But that's not what's shown on the show so people don't consider it that way.
Glenn would be the last on my list just because they *did* have that history. They were so obviously just friends. The fact that I couldn't stand the character is part of that choice, too. Much too smug! He's only good for her in fanfics, the way Piper is only good for Leo in fanfics or Cole is only good for Phoebe (or Phoebe for Cole) in fanfics. And I definitely include the comics as fanfic. Official fanfic, but fanfic, because Paul Ruditis is most definitely a fan, showing our couples as they should've been shown, not the way they were.

I will always think that Piper and Dan with no kids, just her club and her restaurant and his business as a real live mortal handyman, Phoebe with Kyra and Ladybug (from whichever sperm source worked...) along with her column, and Paige with Leo and no kids so they can concentrate on their charges (I always want Leo to keep his wings and believe he would've had he ended with Paige rather than Piper) would've had the best chances of actually ending up as happy, contented, fulfilled old couples. There's no way I think Piper and Leo (eventually Leo would become a man rather than a doormat, take his sons and walk out on his shrew of a wife), Phoebe and Coop (she'd walk out on him as soon as she had Ladybug) and Paige and Henry (like Victor, eventually magic would've gotten to him and he would've left) would end up as old couples.
