Oh, I know. It's just one of those rare movies that leaves you feeling amazed and heartbroken at the same time when it's over. It's brilliant. We happened to talk about Kate Winslet in English while we were reading Hamlet about a month ago, because she plays Ophelia in the movie version we were watching and my teacher blurts out, "Oh yeah, Kate Winslet is in this one, and despite her horrendous performance in Titanic, the girl can act!" Needless to say, this ---->  was me the rest of the class period. There was a reason she got the awards that she did for that movie.  Meh, he's just a grouchy old man with a Bob Dylan obsession. Anyway, sorry HollysFan! I won't clutter your thread anymore with off topic Titanic talk!  |
