How about the Supernatural demons? They'd have the Charmed demons for breakfast.

I'd say it's between Charmed and Supernatural. The demons on Buffy were no different from wild animals.

How about none of the above. I thought about this question alot with all my favourite shows that have demons.
Its a hit and miss. Buffy, Charmed and Supernatural have a range of different demons, you can even throw in the X-Files too. All have shown demons that look like demons and human looking demons. So Its either which shows has the better actors to pull off playing a demons vs. which show had demons who look like demons look good.
But at the end of the day, I think the acting is the key thing. So Charmed will loose out here, as except for a few exceptions. Charmed would have the worst demons, especially the later seasons.

I've never seen "Supernatural", so it has to be a tie between "Buffy" and "Angel" for me.
