If the Stillmans called for witch powers but they couldn’t get Paige’s orbing power bc she is a whitelighter.... why did the Stillmans still not acquire Telekinesis?
Really Mabel should have gotten pure Telekinesis like how Prue’s worked. Would’ve been interesting if she was wrong in thinking she’d get the Molecular abilities and actually got TK.
But the main question is during that spell where did the Telekinesis actually go if stolen from Paige and Margo didn’t have it?

Interesting question. Here's one possible theory: "When two distinct types of organisms breed with each other, the resulting hybrids typically have intermediate traits (e.g., one plant parent has red flowers, the other has white, and the hybrid, pink flowers)." en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hybrid_(biology)Paige's telekinetic orbing is like the pink flower. Trying to rip out the white flower from within the pink for your own use, it'll spectacularly fail. Not just for you but the poor pink flower too. And that's exactly what happened. Margo couldn't access TK neither could Paige. The power required both the witch and whitelighter part of Paige to work. So the only way I see TK orbing or even normal TK working is if Margo the witch and Paige the whitelighter both of them hold hands and call out for the object or wave their other hands. Ofcourse that was never gonna happen in a million years seeing they're enemies. If a power switching spell had been used on Paige, then this wouldn't be a problem. Margo would've gotten all of Paige's powers.
