I loved Phoebe very very much in the show.

Gosh, Alyssa's everywhere these days. I've seen her VEET commercial twice. And, I've seen her appear on an info-mercial for some facial skin product! Go, Phoebe, go!

Not as much as Rose though, I mean whoa! She's everywhere. But Alyssa is doing great, she has two films coming out this year, a clothing line, TV adverts. She's doing great. I can't wait to see more of her  |

Well, yes, Rose has been in Grindhouse (both parts). And, Death Proof is being re-released in a longer format without Planet Terror. So, even though Rose's role is more limited (and wasted) in Death Proof, she'll be in theatres again. Go see Grindhouse, though. But this is Alyssa's thread!

I love Alyssa Milano! She's so pretty, but everyone says that! I like Holly too, and Rose, but Alyssa is one of two of my favorite actress! They're all pretty! My mom apparently liked her too cause she named me after her! My name's Alyssa. I'm 15. But anyway, yeah I hope she goes into other shows and films. She's awesome!

Alyssa is one of my favoritest characters on charmed. she is at a tie with prue. And Piper would be my first favorite! Phoebe had a good sense of humor throughout the show, even during the evil, bad, and wrong moments. Phoebe is a great actress and i really connected with her (when the show was airing and still even now when i watch it on TNT or even on my DVDs).

AM was in the Parade section of the Washington Post today (really Sunday, but we get all the inserts on Saturday). It was one of those blurbs on people writing in questions. Someone wrote in and asked about the tattoo on her back right shoulder. Apparently, it's a cross and rosesary beads, from her younger more religious days. I never realized it was a cross, which is what HMC wore on a necklace during many episodes.

As you know, I am not the greatest fan of Phoebe. Alyssa Milano is a good advocate for helping the world's needy, and I've no complaints there. That she is a season-ticket holder of the Los Angeles Dodgers. NOW, that demands a vanquish, especially as I hate the Dodgers and am an ardent PHILLIES fan! Still, I want to alert all Alyssa fans to this blurb that appeared in Friday's LA Times Sports Section. I will quote the relevant sections.
In Bill Shaikin's, On Baseball column with the by-line "It's a 'great' thing they kept Kotchman, Shaikin writes
"Maybe that Los Angeles thing is working out for the Angels. The Dodgers' most celebrated Hollywood blogger has taken notice of the Angels.
Or, at least, of their first baseman.
Alyssa Milano, actress and Dodgers season ticket holder, called him "Angels great Casey Kotchman".
Did the fact that the Angels took 5 out of 6 from the Dodgers in inter-league play have any part in this?
The column elaborates more on Kotchman, a player the Angels sought to improve upon over the past winter. Perhaps reluctantly, they stuck with him. Maybe now, they are glad they did. Towards the end of this column, Shaikin returns to our Charmed one and writes:
"Milano will do just fine for now. Yes, she has met Kotchman, just once, when she visited Angel Stadium to promote her baseball-themed clothing line. No, they're not dating. Yes, she's a fan."
Directly quoting Alyssa, Shaikin contines as follows: "He's got the heart, and he's got that young player's mentality of doing whatever it takes to make a play," she said. "The Angels look really good this year. I'm especially taken by his ability. I'm always impressed by the guys that get out there and do their job without fanfare."
Shaikin concludes, by noting, "She is, you might say, charmed. In this case, so are the Angels."
Now, is it really so far-fetched to believe Phoebe commenting on the 49ers chance in 1999 in Secrets and Guys? Okay, Phoebes: forget the Dodgers, go PHillies. Both of your names begin with PH. You're charmed. They're charmed. And, I'd be especially Charmed!

Lmao, I can't watch any baseball games, because I live in the UK, but if I ever go to America I'm sure I'll watch some of the games, and try and see Alyssa there  |

I found that Alyssa Milano was really good for the part of pheobe......the way that the writers made her character just seemed to fit her perfectly.

I think that Alyssa is good actress and the role of Pheobe has it showed up. But what I really appreciate is how she chenged herself through the charmed years. And I don´t mean her looks. She really grew up during she was working on Chrmed. She became truly human who cares not only about herself and her career but the poor world too. And It´s not a mask in her chase. She really cares. And I think that whatever role she will choose, she will still work for greater good. |
