[Emily Halliwell]

Phoebe Halliwell was born in her family manor at 1329 Prescott Street, San Francisco, California on November 2, 1975 to the Charmed Ones' mother Patty Halliwell and mortal Victor Bennett. Phoebe has two older sisters, Prue Halliwell and Piper Halliwell and a younger half-sister Paige Matthews. Phoebe was named after her mother's favorite aunt. She is a Scorpio, like her older sister Prue. Which is probably why they butted heads so much.

Pheobe's Personality

When Pheobe first became a witch, she was carefree and vulnerable. She loved being a witch, and would never dream of giving up her powers. However as time passed by, Pheobe has become more mature, and thoughtful and also more of a cynical person, due to many unfavorable circumstances she has found herself in. Prues death shook Pheobe, but not nearly as much as Piper. Pheobe found it hard to take on the role of the older sister, but slowly grew to accept it. Pheobe is also a very loving and free spirited young woman.

Pheobe's Love Life

Pheobe was at first unable to hold onto a relationship, but when Cole came onto the scene, that all challenged. Pheobe fell madly in love with Cole and even supported him even though he was evil. They got married, but it would not last. As pheobe and her sisters were to vanquish Cole when they found out that he was the Source. But Cole managed to escape death and persued Pheobe to earn her trust. But it didn't work. and the sisters had to vanquish Cole again.

Pheobe's Powers

Pheobe has the power of premonition, which means she can see the future and past, and has also developed the power of empathy wich mean she can feel how people around her feal, and she can project there anger and power back at them. She can also levitate 6 feet in the air.

Just a suggestion Emily, I'd make it much more detailed if you are planning on making a bio, maybe start off with:

Phoebe Halliwell, born November 2nd, 1975 is the second youngest Charmed One (surpassed by her older sisters Prue and Piper and older than her younger half-sister, Paige.) She developed the power of Premonition since birth and in 2000 developed the power to levitate, her powers advanced until 2003 when she developed the power of Empathy etc. it seems a little basic.

Basically, I would make a factfile, and then describe her life as a Charmed One, her Love life, her proffessional life, etc. perhaps we could encourage the forum hosts of each sister to do this? I will gladly try and do one on Paige later?

I love it! Great Idea. I will work on redoing this and have it Reposted tonight. If work does not get in the way - If not I will have it done by tomorrow night! Thanks for the Suggestion!
