Ugh. I MISSED HER SO MUCH.
And Ella's crying. AND I WANT TO START CRYING.
It's a natural reaction. HOLLY IS SO TALENTED AND RAW THAT SHE MAKES ME FEEL WHAT SHE'S FEELING!

I was going to read it, but decided against it because this is one of the few shows where I don't want to be spoiled at all! I want to discover everything as I watch it.

Same I'm already on Season 6. But I haven't read the S6 Episode 2 recap yet or watched episode 3. Here's more PLL stuff:

Well the summer finale of Season 6 has aired and now everyone knows who has been tormenting the liars. Without adding any spoilers I will say that I loved the twists and turns the finale gave us. I do wish the show gave the parents more time to shine it hides such amazing talents such as Holly's. I do understand the show is about the Liars but who doesn't want more Holly?
I am NOT AT ALL looking forward to the time. In my experience in watching shows any time they do a time I normally lose interest a time jump is a nice, beat around the bush way, of a doing a reboot of the series.

I find it VERY hard to say anything positive about that rubbish finale, and I'd be giving away spoilers, anyways. Definitely not looking forward to the time jump or the rest of the series.

What did you not like about it? I loved going back and finding all the clues that were in plain sight telling us that _____ was A. I had read a theory a fewyears ago that someone thought they were going to go that route with that specific character I was shocked they actually did. I thought it might have been a little to controversy for ABC Family but I am glad they did. I thought it was done very well. Did a nice job in answering almost all of the questions we had and the ones that are still unanswered Marlene said 'those stories aren't over' so I am sure we will get those answers.

I dont believe Cece was planned as A, theres so many plotholes.
Basically I think they only made her A, as she was the only actor who was even available to come back. We didn't even see Cece at all in Season 6 until the reveal.
I forever felt the first two seasons made sense with Mona, and they were done well. The show took a hit after season 3, when things dragged on forever. They spent 3 and a half seasons on senior year of high school. So many filler episodes.

I do agree with there being waaaaay too many filler episodes. Luckily the current season and season 7 were both cut down by five episodes each. I am sure there will still be filler time but far less.
I think the Cece idea was planned for a while especially after watching some of Marlene's interviews. Plus it was a great way to stay true to the books with it being Ali's sister.
I do hope that the time jump does the show well. Most shows I have seen that involve a time jump just is so bad afterward it makes me want tostop watching. (Desperate housewives, lol)
At the most recent Comic Con they had a Q/A at they released the first four minutes of the Spring premiere. I do hope whoever is after the liars is someone we have met before and connects all the seasons together. There is still one question left from the night ALi went missing which is when all of this started happening. This question is something they won't comment on they just simply say "that story isn't over" so I hope that is there way of saying it will.
Here is the first four minutes which gives a very quick glimpse as to how much they have all changed!!!
It has already been renewed for a seventh and hopeful last season. Lucy Hale has done multiple interviews saying she doesn't plan on returning if it gets an eighth season pickup.
It will also be interesting to see the liars playing closer to their actual age. This whole time with the exception of Sasha (she plays Ali) have been closer to 30 in real life. Now they will be playing 24-26 year old characters. Sasha will only be 18 playing a college graduate and teacher at Rosewood High School. You don't see someone playing older than their real age often is it reversed.
They also filmed a new opening credits scene that will now include Sasha.

The show took a hit after season 3, when things dragged on forever. They spent 3 and a half seasons on senior year of high school. So many filler episodes. I agree 100%. If you ask me, most of the hints we were given towards A's identity seemed to point towards Wren. There was very little pointing towards Cece, and her character was beyond irrelevant, anyways. She didn't even show up until Season 3, and she was hardly seen or heard from. With the gigantic plot holes and inconsistencies, it's plainly obvious that the big reveal was redone at the last minute. Why, I don't know. It's possible that those spoilers that were leaked back in July really were true, and Marlene hastily changed the ending to cover her @ss. It could also simply be that Vanessa Ray was available and Julian Morris wasn't. Whatever the case was, the episode really suffered for it, and I can't say that I'm terribly looking forward to the rest of Season 6 and Season 7. I strongly recommend reading this excellent fanfic if you want an idea of what "Game Over, Charles" might've originally looked like. SO much better than the real thing.
