Here are a few Guidelines that NEED to be followed.
-Please try to spell correctly. MSN speaking is not fun and it's hard on the eyes. A couple of typos are okay; we're all human, but tyPinG lyk tHis is not okay. Also, "you" instead of "u" looks so much better. Another thing, make sure you know the difference between "to", "two" and "too", ect. Just remember, Grammar and Spelling are your best friends!
-Be clear about what you're character is doing. Use “quotation marks” when the character is speaking and italics for character thoughts.
-No vague plots! Be detailed, pretty please. Not many people will join your RP if the plot is:"Paige, Phoebe and Piper battle a demon".
-No power-playing or God-playing. Role Playing is for fun and you can't control other people’s characters unless they say it's okay. Of course, a small action here and there is ok, but do not manipulate their characters, let them think for themselves.
-If your RP isn't successful, don't go ballistic on us. It's not our fault. Some people don't have enough time to post 35 times a day.
-No posting in ALL-CAPS. Quite frankly, they are annoying.
-I know that sex is a natural progression, but this is a family board, so please, refrain yourself from detailed posts involving the S word.
-No cursing. This is censored, I believe. Besides, it's not very polite.
-Concerning links to other RP boards and the likes- don't post it here. This is not the links forum.
***This board is rated PG, and the Players here are from all sorts of age groups. Be respectful of each other and remember, you are not alone here and need to think of others.***
On a side note: “Patience is a virtue.” Not everyone spends all their thoughts on Role Playing (stop looking at me), and they do have other priorities such as school, personal life, ect. Be patient with people. And most of all, HAVE FUN!
On another side not: If you have any questions, don’t be afraid to ask. If you are having any problems with members, PM Me( musicrpgoddess ), BiteMe (bitemeiamfresh), or SimplyPoo (simplypoo83). That’s what we are here for.
