I can expect most people's will be 'Morality Bites'. Although I love that episode; it has to be Astral Monkey for me.
I know the whole monkey thing was a little, comical at times - the guilt that Piper felt for Dr. Williamson in that episode was excellent, really showed off Piper's personality and I just loved the episode as a whole.

Most definitely "Morality Bites", since it's my favorite episode period. If only they hadn't introduced the idea of dead men being able to sire children, it would've been perfect.
But there's a lot of favorites from that season, the reason why it's my favorite. It's easier to say which ones I *don't* like than which ones I do - That Old Black Magic (even if I love the use of Leo in that one), Animal Pragmatism (even if I love Leo's valentine in that one) and How To Make a Quilt out of Americans (even if I love Piper showing why she doesn't want to be a witch and one of many reasons why she should've chosen Dan over Leo). For me, that's it.

I went to "She's a man, baby, a man." where Prue was turned into a man. Had to laugh here and still laugh about it. I mean a woman turned into a man. ROFL!!

I too have to go with Morality Bites(see my post in other thread). But Apocalypse Not is a very strong runner-up/
And I have a special fondness for P3 H2O with its flashbacks to Prue's girlhood memories.

There should be categories for favorites since Charmed is one show where I could love an episode for either comedy or emotional value. But genre aside, for season 2, I would have to go with Morality Bites. Phoebe’s character and Alyssa’s acting, just wowed me. Not to mention there's an important lesson which the characters seems to forget later on  |

Season 2 is my favourite, and it's hard to choose because they are mostly all very good.
Ironically I didn't fond much with the first 2 episodes.
I really liked the Painted World due to it's simplicity showing purely the relationship between the sisters, and a common demon-of-the week episode. The same goes for most of the season's episodes.
I'm surprised no one voted for Ms. Hellfire hehe
I went for Chick Flick because it was quite overall well done. The first date between Piper and Leo, Prue's deception with Finley, and Phoebe's ideal guy. The episode was funny, and the part where they got attacked by the horror movie characters killed me: Piper hiding in the shower; when they were going to open the door for Darryl.

Too hard to pick just one, I could pick at least 7.
Season 2 on a rewatch recently Its so underrated. I love the sisters in many episodes.
So I decided to pick a random episode as its impossible to pick one favourite. I went with Witch trail.

Easily Morality Bites for being one of the most compelling episodes that saw honest-to-goodness development for all of the sisters. It's a shame that the lessons learned from the events of that experience failed to continue guiding the actions of the Charmed Ones when they became arrogant and complacent.

That is fine and I respect that not everyone here will agree with this girl on that fact. I adore Phoebe in Morality Bites - and Alyssa's acting was amazing. All our girls gave great performances in season 2. |

Mine has to be Morality Bites! Not only is it my favorite season 2 episode, but it definitely makes my top 10 Charmed episodes ever!

Chick Flick
I love Morality Bites- even if I don't think that there was a lesson to be learned but it was a way to warn the sisters on the terrible danger of exposure of magic but if I have to pick only one, it's Chick Flick
I love the sisters in Chick Flick: Phoebe is so sweet and dreamer, Piper and Prue are fun - memorable Piper in shower-and they talk about film, The Purple Rose of Cairo that inspires the episode,the horror B movie whose marathons amuse me, Billy's romantic conception of love, poorly suited to dynamic and combative witches!
Charmed at its best!

Loved Shannens acting in "Witch Trial", and liked "Morality Bites" and "P3H2O". But that's quite it for me when it comes to season 2.
