Just for fun wanted to see which men were peoples favorites. You can include anyone you want in your list! 1. Cole Turner - obviously the greatest storyline Phoebe's character has seen, and in my opinion the greatest love she has seen. In the season 8 DVD, Alyssa describe's Julian as an actor and says that "even when he was being an evil demon, you still loved him" that sums him up for me. I love Cole - you knew from the start that it was doomed, but wanted them to be together so bad! At least while things were good. 2. Drake de Mon - Though he wasn't on the show that long (was it 3 episodes?) I really fell in love with Drake. Funny, passionate, he was a demon and this relationship was also doomed. Sent by cole, he has to take the #2 spot. 3. Jason Dean - I loved Jason! He was after Cole, and was drastically different. It was close between him and Drake for #2. He was sweet, and really cared about Phoebe, and she really cared about him. I also love Eric Dane, so that really helped. I'd say this romantic relationship is the second best one Phoebe had in the series (also the second longest). I was sad when Jason left, when he couldn't accept Phoebe as a witch (she also put his career in danger). I always wished we would see him return! 4. Leslie St Claire - I actually like him a lot. Alyssa and Nick had great on screen chemistry, were funny together, and I laughed a lot during their scenes. They weren't together for long, but I enjoyed the time we saw them together. He had a boyish charm, and though the relationship didn't last long, it was a really great fling. 5. Coop - the top 3 men were definitely my favorite, and would have preferred to see any of them return and marry Phoebe, especially Cole. Why is he low on the list? I don't think we had enough time to get to know him, and I didn't believe from either of the actors that they were in love. Although I do like him - he is charming, sweet - but does anyone else get the vibe that he showed up and was already in love with Phoebe and wanted to be with her? I also didn't like jamming 2 relationships for her in season 8, which leads me to: 6. Dex Lawson - There really isn't much to say about this. I felt that he was only in the show for his "star power" - after his run on Sex in the City. As I said, I didn't like jamming 2 relationships into season 8 for Phoebe. I would have much rather preferred to see more of Coop and nothing of Dex (even though I love Jason Lewis from SATC and Brothers & Sisters). 7. Miles - by FAR my least favorite. I hate the actor, hated everything about this relationship. I understand it's purpose, but I still hated everything about him. That's pretty much it... That's all I think I will rank - an honourable mention goes out to Billy from "Kill it Before it Dies" because Chick Flick is one of my favorite episodes ever. If I had of Ranked him he probably would have stolen the #2 spot.

1. Cupid of S2. I loved Phoebs best when she was with him.
2. Cole of early S3. I loved her second-best when she was with him before she knew that he was a demon. She was so excited and so happy and so in love. Too bad she was always in love with the lawyer and not the demon he truly was.
3. Drake of S7. I loved her third-best when she was with him. He brought my Phoebs back! Oh, had I missed her!! Hadn't seen her since she lied to Prue about vanqushing Cole.
The rest I'll just clump together as bottom place. Couldn't stand her when she was with those other guys, so I couldn't stand those guys. They were all fantasy guys when she so desperately needed a hard slap of reality.
ETA:
OMG! I missed this when I first read this post and you are *so* absolutely right - even though he was a fantasy guy to end all fantasy guys, he was so great! When Billie first showed up, I truly thought that she was another visitor from the future - the daughter whose sperm donor Phoebe had been looking for - named after Billy from "Kill it Before it Dies" rather than just named that so they could have "Kill Billie, Vol 1" and "Kill Billie, Vol 2".
How 'bout you?

YES Es! Billy was amazing. I decided not to rank him though, because of the situation (he wasn't really "real" just a character, or something).

1) Cole. Through all the good and the bad, he was the love of Phoebe's life - and Seasons 3 and 4 were Phoebe's (and the shows) best, a magnificently complex character who understood Phoebe and like forbuss said, it was doomed from the start but that is why everybody was on the edge of there seats begging it to go right.
2) Jason. I know it's a bit of a difference to the normal opinion, but I like the arrogant, self-absorbed Jason and I liked his and Phoebe's low maintenance relationship and how a serious relationship survived for over a year without Phoebe's secret beign outed.
The rest sort of all clump into one, although I have to have a special shout-out to Coop - who I hate. I hated how rushed his character came in, I hated how they forced Phoebe and him onto each other when Phoebe was actually more concerned about saving the world instead of love and her sex-life and how the Elders who had done nothing but reprimand the girls for letting personal problems get in the way of their Charmed life let Coop fall for Phoebe. I don't like his character and they don't suit imo. Which is why in all fan-fictions I write I try and not include Coop in someway.

Alex, I loved Jason too - I think most people disregard him too quickly! I really think he genuinely cared about her, and it came so close to working between them. It was the perfect balance of love & fun.
I think besides Cole, Jason was the only man Phoebe ever loved in the series (that we saw aka Coop).

Since you simply asked about the men in Phoebe's life, we forgot two very important ones and who are my two favorites, even over Cupid:
1. Victor - Phoebe was always her daddy's little girl...
2. Leo - Whitelighter and brother-in-law. OH, I wish Leo had ended up with her rather than Piper! It would've straightened Leo, Piper *and* Phoebe out!

Cole was the best bad boy on the show, really twisted the sista up, and she never recovered.
Jason Dean could never accept the magic. He was too much of a control freak. Magic for him was way to uncontrollable for him.
Coop never had the chance and felt like a Railroad job.
The rest were doomed to failure...

They were doomed to failure, but not because she was always comparing them to Cole...

1) Only Cole Turner - no matter what!! Most lovable and complex relationship for Phoebe - and longest!! 2) Jason Dean but magic was out of question for him. 3) Drake - short but good! The rest of the men were exchangeable and even more just a subsitute for Cole!! My opinion.

Drake was the best man for Phoebe but doomed from the start.
Cole was the tragedy of the show, and he took Phoebe with him.
Jason Dean was problem as I explained above.
Season Two Cupid was good but also doomed from the start.
As to affairs of the heart, it pretty much sucked to be Phoebe.
In this the character of Phoebe didn't change, she was doomed to this from the beginning of the series. That's the way Constance wrote the character in my opinion.

1. Cole 2. Cole 3. & Cole
Honestly Ive never really cared for any of Phoebes other love interests, and Julian Mcmahon is just such an incredible man. Although I felt they drew Coles character on for a little to long.
I could see myself liking Coop but we didnt get enough time to really see him and Phoebe together.

1) Cole: In the third season and some of the fourth, Cole and Phoebe's love seemed transcendent, and a part of me didn't want to believe they would be torn apart, even if their relationship had 'tragedy' scrawled all over it in bright red. Their connection on screen was perfection, and unmatched by any other Phoebe had during her eight year run-deep and true, but with an element of fire to it that was tantalizing, charismatic, and many layered. Really, I had high hopes when Cole returned in the fifth season-though, of course, those hopes quickly plummeted-simply because I wanted it to work out for them so badly.
2) Drake: Odd that so many of us should choose him, being that he only had three or so episodes-or, then again, perhaps not, because he left more of an impression on me in those few hours than most of Phoebe's other men did over the course of years. Of course, Billy Zane is an incredible actor, but it went even deeper than that. Phoebe and Drake just clicked in a way I hadn't seen since Cole. His personality was bold and contagious, and I found him-and their relationship together-irresistible.
3) Coop: Like everyone else, I wish we'd had more time to get to know him. Coop was so genuine that it was impossible not to like him but (as was, to me, the situation with Paige and Henry), it seemed as though he was a quick fix to ensure Phoebe was married off and settled before the series ended. That said, though, I did very much like his character, and was glad to see that he honestly cared for Phoebe.
4) Leslie: I agree that there was something very likable about Leslie, even if I can't quite put my finger on it. While I could tell that their relationship wasn't headed anywhere serious, I did very much enjoy the humorous banter between them.

1. Cole. 2. The ex boyfriend (forgotten his name) from season 1. I thought the relationship was cute, although it only lasted for one episode. It was when Phoebe was still likeable too. 3. Maybe Nick Lachey guy at a stretch/Billy from season 2 (probably tie). Yes Nick Lachey is hot. 4. The rest are cr*p, including Jason Dean.
Oh yeah I liked Drake. He goes 2nd after Cole. Sorry about that.

For the fun of it (and to bump the troll off the front page) I decided to repeat this one. Now my list works like this: 1. Billy from "Kill It Before It Dies" - if Phoebe had to end up with a fantasy guy, why couldn't she end up with him? Sincerely, when Billie first showed up I truly thought we'd find out that she was Ladybug from the future, named after her father - Billy Applegate. I should've guessed that Kern chose a name so he could use it in a title: "Kill Billie, Vol 1 & 2", the way Christy wasn't given that name to be a finger to the Chrisaholics but so he could use "Last Temptation of Christy" and the way Chris got his name for "ChrisCrossed" and Paige got hers for "Paige From the Past". 2. Cupid of S2. I loved Phoebs second-best when she was with him. If she had to be with a cupid, why not Cupid rather than *a* cupid?? And unlike Coop, he made Phoebs a better person. 3. Cole of early S3. I loved Phoebs third-best when she was with him before she knew that he was a demon. She was so excited and so happy and so in love. Too bad she was always in love with the lawyer and not the demon he truly was. 4. Drake of S7. The only time I even liked Freebie/PhoeME (post-"Sleuthing with the Enemy") was when she was with him. He brought my Phoebs back! Oh, had I missed her!! Hadn't seen her since she lied to Prue about vanqushing Cole. The rest I'll still just clump together as bottom place. Couldn't stand her when she was with those other guys, so I couldn't stand those guys. They were all fantasy guys when she so desperately needed a hard slap of reality. She's the one who should've either admitted she was a Lesbian and ended up with Kyra the Seer (the one she had the best chemistry with) or, if indeed she's straight, she should've ended with a real live handyman with no magic at all! (See Rebecca in the finale of "Cheers" - the guy she ended up with; that's the sort of guy Phoebe should've ended up with. ) I sincerely don't think she had three kids (I've always considered "Forever Charmed" as Piper's fantasy and not real) - I think she walked out on Coop just as soon as she had Ladybug. How 'bout you?

Es, I think it would have been adorable and so sweet if instead of Phoebe being "given" coop (how I shudder at the thought of the situation, regardless of how hot he is haha), they gave Phoebe Billie! I would have much preferred him being made real, and I think the fans would have really liked it. That is one thing that Charmed did not do well - tying things in and doing nods to prior seasons. I feel like Kern was always like "lets get new fans for the show!!" when in reality I think most of the fans of the show started watching by season 5 at the latest, with the vast majority watching from season 1-3.

Oh, man!! You are *so* right! Can you imagine when we see the future, we see it as it *should've* been:
Piper with Mark and her daughter Melinda who is a witch who can also vanish and go through walls like ghosts?
Phoebe with her true fantasy guy - Billy Applegate - and her Ladybug - Billie, pure witch, but no powers?
Paige, not married, no kids, just enjoying continuing her love affair with Henry while taking care of innocents and future whitelighters - and back to being a social worker?
Prue back as their whitelighter (but without the jingle. Once she became a whitelighter, she used her powers to get rid of the demonic Elders - which means that Paige doesn't have to worry about jingles either!) because Leo has been sent back to the 30's so he can be happy, especially because Wyatt and Chris, their powers permanmently bound, went back with him?
Oh, if only....

I liked her best in those seasons too. I hated Paige with Richard and Kyle.. I didn't mind her in season 5 though, I even kind of liked Glenn (he is in the Walking Dead now hehe).
