Whitney Houston Dead at 48What a shame! What a waste! Hers will always have one of my favorite voices, just like Karen Carpenter's, who also left us much too soon.

Yeah, I was shocked at first when I saw on the MSN homepage as the big news. Whoosh!
Like Es, I loved her voice and also the songs. It's sad that she died just now. I had hope that she would come out with a new album soon again.

SO sad. I found out over drinks with my friends, and we all sang the greatest love of all far too loud (and far too drunk) in a public place. She will be immortalized by her music, her legacy.

Whitney Houston was truly beautiful and gifted it was so sad what happened to her. She had the most amazing voice and she was so stunning looking. She was also very gifted as well. I would love to look and sing like Whitney Houston.

And now her daughter, Bobbi Kristina, died in similar circumstances. Like her mother, she was found face down in a bathtub. The only difference is that Bobbi Kristina was trapped in a living death for half a year. Now mother and daughter are together again. Here is a thread on this. |
