I think we don't have enough information about Patty's pregnancies to compare it with Piper's. I can agree with the theory that adult Chris came back to the past before Piper was pregnant with him and therefor baby Chris not having powers from the womb. But that doesn't make sense why it takes Chris almost a year and a half to come into his powers, starting with remote orbing as he saves Wyatt from Billie and Christy. And Adult Chris is surprised that Wyatt had powers from the womb, so does that mean it isn't normal for all witches to have powers from the womb?
And in season 8 Billie didn't get any powers I believe until her twenties. So why so many differences in age of getting powers.

Might have been rare to have powers coming from the womb or else every child is different coming into their powers. Billie may have been a late bloomer.

Something I always wondered. We have seen people who have magical parents have children. But Victor was mortal, so one would imagine how the rules work, I guess since they are the charmed ones it doesn't matter. If both your parents are witches, over if only one parent was.
Like Brendon had a mortal mother and warlock father and hes a half-warlock, so shouldn't the charmed ones be half-witches if their father was mortal. I guess being Charmed Ones and from the Warren line doesn't matter.
Its why hybrids and half always confuses me, its so annoying. It should be your either one or the other.

Witches are human that are born with a piece of the all

I think the most reasonable answer is that Wyatt was more powerful than Chris. Piper also didn't ever "use" Wyatt's powers per say, they just effected hers. The shield was cool though. This. Chris is not as powerful as Wyatt. Somebody else brought up Patty getting a premonition through the Phoebe fetus, but we (also) don't know how often Patty would get premonitions, or if that was a one time thing. Chris doesn't have a shield power like Wyatt does, to begin with. And, I think Piper's Molecular Combustion outweighs Chris' Telekinesis powers. So, what exact power is Piper supposed to be channeling, here?
