I don't see how this is a Department of Homeland Security Problem. Homeland Security's goal is to prepare for,prevent and respond to domestic emergencies,particularly terrorism. It should've been the FBI's problem not Homelands.

Someone should have told Kern that.  He was the one that brought HS into Charmed.

1. Max - The little kid from season 1 who was kidnapped who Prue saved, he had interesting powers and maybe he could have come back in the future to help the sisters.

2. Brendan - The half warlock priest, I wouldn't want him back in a huge role but maybe he could have been the one to host the marriage ceremonies of some of the sisters.

3. Nathanial Pratt - I think it would have been great to see this guy again, but before 2009, it would have given them quite a shock to bump into him and his dog!

Interesting list. Mainly because after seeing some of the recent comic book shows having characters the heroes have helped in episodic plots make little comebacks here and there to return the favor, I actually rather like that whole idea. It would help make it feel more like the Charmed Ones' heroics are actually worth something in a tangible way which they couldn't ignore, and maybe would've led to subtle changes in the storytelling that would've kept our leads more upright and heroic.

Someone else I would've liked to have seen more of - Phoebe's soul mate, Anton, the warlock from "Pardon My Past" who Cole and Drake and Coop and all the other tall, dark and handsome men she gave herself to reminded her soul of.
