Was it ever mentioned?

According to the Charmed Wiki, Wyatt, Phoebe and Parker are the only witches which were born in the manor and I don't recall it ever being mentioned.

I never thought about that. That could've been a really good idea, but I doubt it because it was never mentioned.

It's possible that Paige was born in the Manor.
However, since canon is silent on the matter, we can only guess.

That's an interesting question. I hadn't thought about it. I guess because they made a big deal about Phoebe and Wyatt and never anything about Paige, it could imply she was not. And maybe Patty/Sam/Grams wouldn't want the girl in the house because there were more "eyes" on them?

Yet still, how could they have known if Paige was not born in the Manor? After all, Patty and Sam could have orbed to the Church afterwards. How else could they have hidden the girl? Maybe the Elders knew about the birth but not who, where and when?! Could be an explanation. *shrugs*

It's just an interesting question because they have mentioned Phoebe and Wyatt, but never Paige. Which may lead to the answer being, "No, she was not born in the Manor."

Well if the birth was anything like Wyatt's with the orbs around her, then maybe she was born at home. That way people at the hospital didn't see her.

That was my reaction--it really doesn't make sense for a secret birth to not be at home. Although perhaps they had to have it happen somewhere else so the Elders wouldn't know about her. Perhaps it happened at one of Grams' coven members like the ones in 'How to Make an American out of a Quilt'.
But, no, the idea of being born in the Manor and over the nexus of both the wiccan pentagram and the spiritual pentagram having something to do with the person is *never* mentioned on the show after 'Is There a Woogy in the House?'. The fact that both Phoebe and Wyatt were and both were the ones who tend to turn to evil the easiest is just based on what happened in that episode and is actually more fanon than canon.

My opinion is if Sam and patty went to extreme lengths to keep Paige a secret she probably wasn't born in the manor. The elders would have sensed something.

It makes no sense for them for Paige to be born in the manor, that isn't really keeping it a secret. Keeping it a secret is Paige being born in a location unknown away from the manor, or somewhere out of town.

The Underworld, the camp where Patty died or Aunt Gail's house are a few locations which come to mind.
But seeing Piper and Leo were about to get married in secret in the Manor without the Elders knowing and would've succeeded if not for Cole, maybe Paige was lucky enough to be born during an eclipse in the Manor.
Maybe Patty was glamored to look like someone else. Elders yet again were clueless that Charmed Ones were alive and living in the Manor with different faces.
There's also a high possibility another Elder or Elders helped them.
The Elder Ramus admitted to Piper he and a few others were never against her marriage with Leo. They foresaw the special baby she was going to deliver. Gideon also fought for Piper and Leo to be together. Perhaps the future baby that Gideon saw was simply Melinda?
Also Gideon did have a soft spot for kids. He did go to the trouble of establishing Magic School, which had nursery, school and college level education. There was also protection from dying within the school grounds.
Wyatt would've had to have done some pretty brutal stuff to the world (and the students of Magic School too) in the future for Gideon to go from great mentor to 'kill powerful baby right now before he disintegrates the world!'
Now if both Rasmus and Gideon have soft spot for babies, could see multiple futures, they would be aware of the possibility of one sister dying and Paige replacing them. So instead of unleashing unspeakable wrath upon Sam, Patty and Grams over Paige, they just simply keep other strict close-minded Elders in the dark.

As a fanwank (since, naturally, we'll never know for sure - unlike the Charmed Wiki, we can admit when the show didn't tell us something rather than trying to put our own educated guesses as facts), that makes more sense than just about anything else I've read.
