If they do a reboot, why not give each sister a completely different power, and not the original three powers the show gave us. Change it up a little. However Premonitions may be the only power I feel is the only power that the show would need for saving innocents and helping out.

I'd be interested to hear what new powers you would give the sisters in a rebooted series.

As for the question dears. Its so hard to think what the fourth power could be. Healing is the most common. But I think I'll sit on this some more - It has to be not similar to the other three original powers the sisters have.

Well, if the series started with four sisters and not three, I would want the fourth sister to have a power that isn't typical like healing or an Elemental/Offensive e.g Fire, Exploding and so on. Nope, I would like all the sisters to have a power that was pretty special or different than the others. So I voted for both Invisibility and or Empathy/Telepathy.

Powers based on the four elements with Earth, Water, Air and Fire would work much better with a power of four unit and four sisters too.

I'd prefer healing not being part of it--it would've done all of them much better if they actually had to heal naturally from injuries and then the threat of death would've been something real. I'd prefer the fourth sister being what you said - just the spiritual guide to her younger sisters while her younger sisters with the powers would be the Charmed Ones. Just don't like the idea of the Power of Four, not when the Power of Three means all three can hold each other's hands. Power of Two I can get into, but not Power of Four.

First I'd take out the powers that is already used by one of the sisters or a whitelighter, since I hate the idea of repeating powers for some reason. If I had to make a four power I would combine illusion casting with conjuration together. Mind control seems like it'd be too powerful and calling can tie into Paige's telekinetic orbing powers to an extent.

Teleportation as it wouldn't be dissimilar to Paige's orbing already and would have fit perfect as a witch power. I think it would've been the best to use.
