Unlike Phoebe, Prue would have been mature enough to handle a romance with someone as complicated as Cole. Unfortunately, both she and Cole are too similar in temperament. Both were introverted . . . with a tendency to play lone wolf and both could be rather aggressive and ruthless in their own ways.

At least a lot more interesting then Cole/Phoebe!

I honestly don't think Cole and Prue would have worked out. Phoebe and Cole worked out thanks to Phoebe being young and naive. Prue wasn't naive and didn't forgive or forget easily. She also wouldn't have put her sister in danger as Phoebe did due to love.
Unless Cole character was changed completely I don't see it happening. Prue would never fully trust Cole and would without a doubt try to vanquish him once he became the source.

Well if Prue never was with Andy, and didn't have a proper long-term love interest like Phoebe did during season 1 and 2. I think it could certainly work out, especially if they had Prue never being in a serious relationship for instance until Cole. Then I do think she could of fallen for him maybe.
I wouldn't have a problem with it being Prue, if it meant the storyarc with Cole ended much sooner than it did with Phoebe. Most fans didn't like where the Phoebe/Cole story ended in season 5 anyway.
Phoebe was only 24 or something when she meet Cole, and wasn't old enough to handle a serious adult relationship yet. If it has been Prue, well she would be mature to handle it, and maybe the story would be better off ending sooner if she didn't fall into the habits Phoebe did. I wouldn't have a problem with that, I hated the Source/Cole storyline, because of how poorly written it was. So if the Cole arc ended sooner with Prue, great.

What are your feelings and thoughts on Prue/ Cole aka Prudence Crudence or Pole? I'm not super passionate about it as (what I perceive) this board is. I noticed the OOC moment between the actors in S3E14 "The Good, the Bad and the Cursed" episode. When, Prue & Cole shimmer into the alternate timeline, he protects Prue from hearing gunshots. The way the actors looked at each other and smiling (yes, it's both of them) was very OOC, and I can tell the actors were trying to act but had a hard time, but I digress.
Would it be better if Phoebe left her husband Coop for Cole and the whole Cole/Phoebe thing started again? How about she never left Cole, in the first place? As in, when he did return for S5, she wasn't such a crank, towards him. That's my opinion about it.
Would it be better if Coop died? If Phoebe is going to be with Cole, still, Coop's existence isn't necessary, to begin with. If Phoebe is not going to be with Cole, I would prefer Jason than Coop, personally.
What are your feelings in general about your ex-crazy or non-crazy spouse/boyfriend and one of your sisters/siblings getting together? Would you be okay and mature and be happy for your sibling? Or would you go insane? I'd be happy and supportive for my sister/sibling. As long as they're happy, that's all I care about.
Do I really have to come up with more questions to make you guys uncomfortable or are you guys gonna stop lurking and just answer the damn thread in the thread instead of the chatbox? I hardly use the chatbox. I much prefer responding to the actual thread instead of my points getting lost in the chatbox.

1. I love them. They would have made a perfect couple. Their relationship would be mature and healthy. They would learn from one another. So many good stories we would have gotten. And their chemistry was of the charts. Much better then Cole/Phoebe. Also if Prue/Cole did happen in S3 instead of Cole/Phoebe. Then Shannen would never be the one who got fired.
2. No. Big no. They are done. Cole should be left in peace. Not dragged trough the mud again.
3. No. Whats the point? Even tho I do not care for his character at all.
4. Who knows? lol But I do support Prue/Cole, so...
5. This is the fourth time I am responding to this thread. sheesh... What more do you want from me? lol
