Empath Prue vs Mark of Cain Dean from Supernatural

I noticed that another cross-series match between characters was posted here in the general discussion, so I chose to make one between my two favourite series. It's the older protective siblings, Dean and Prue, pitted against each other. They're at what could be considered respective power peaks. Now there are some restrictions like Prue not having access to her telekinesis, Astral Projection, and that emotional transference attack that she used through her clone against Vinceres. On the other hand, Dean's immunity to death courtesy of the mark has been removed, and he doesn't have the First Blade or any other kind of weapon. This fight is strictly limited to hand-to-hand and physical endurance. It takes place on a neutral battlefield in an alley of San Francisco. Who wins?

Is this really fare.  Empath Prue was a one episode thing.  Poor Dean was stuck with the Mark of Cain for over a year.

He was stuck with the Mark, yes, but he was actively resisting its effects for the vast majority of that time. It wasn't until the second to last episode of Season 10 that he finally succumbed, and even then, he only fought Castiel and Sam in one on one without any weaponry (not including the Stynes).

Edit: Forgot to mention Prue referencing her abilities as an Empath as being what she expected to become in the future, for what that's worth. It's not like it would be unfamiliar to her. She was similarly resisting the emotions of the city before embracing them to fight Vinceres, as well.

Sorry, only watched Supernatural once and didn't like it, so can't join in the conversation.

The funny thing is when I glanced at it I was thinking Dean Cain from Superman - thinking of "The Adventures of Clark and Lois"... I think I'd have to go back that far to find another supernatural show that I was interested in...well, not counting the Harry Potter franchise, but since none of them had powers per sec, I wouldn't put them on the same plane.

I would guess that Dean would win since Prue is very powerful but without her powers she is not as strong. Dean has been fighting hand to hand combat his whole life and obviously is very skilled as shown in the episode where he disarms Cole with no weapons. The beginning of the fight would be equal but as it went on I feel Dean would come out on top.
