Phoebe was my favorite sister so this was hard. I picked the first two seasons and last part of season 7.

I selected season 1 and 2. That was when Phoebe was at her best for me.
I didn't mind liked her early season 4, but then all the Source stuff happens and I'm not sure she really recovers after that.

My favourite time of Phoebe was season 1 and 2 when she was the carefree loving person we knew who liked magic, cared about innocents, and when her premonition power meant something I.E. knowing who was in danger and finding and stopping the person trying to kill them.

For me, it has to be before she started lusting over Cole and when she was with Drake. So that would be Periods 1-4 and Period 16. That's when she was my Phoebs. I SO loved seeing her back in 'Show Ghouls'.

Poor rose..
Prue Piper and Phoebe were Constance m burge and her sister I think. So in season 3 she left the show and you know what brad Kern did.... No one for saying "no I am not like that"
