If the Angel of Destiny gave Piper 2 rewards for vanquishing Christy, The Triad and Dumain. The 2 rewards were either:
1): Resurrecting Prue and keeping her alive
or
2): defrosting Leo
What would Piper choose?

Wow, that would be quite a choice!
But I think by S8 she'd gotten used to being the oldest and the strongest and I don't think she'd want to go back into Prue's shadow - besides wanting to keep her little errand boy. So I think she'd have him defrosted.
Now had Leo been frozen during S4, I think her choice would've been tougher - and maybe different.

Like Esmeralda said, I believe she'd choose Leo. By that point she had "settled" into the role of oldest sister somewhat. Plus, she already had two kids with Leo and without him they would be growing up without a father. That doesn't mean it wouldn't be a really really difficult decision to make, though. I maintain what I said sometime ago about Prue being Piper's best friend. If it were someone like Paige or even Phoebe, she might seriously contemplate doing it. Well... Maybe back in Season 4.

It's the fact that Prue was her best friend that makes me think she'd have a hard time deciding. But as you said, I can't see her wanting to raise her boys alone. Now if it was between Prue and Paige or Prue and Phoebe, I think Prue would win out without her even giving it a second thought, the way Phoebe would choose Paige over Prue if she had a choice and I think Paige would choose Piper over Phoebe if she had a choice. Although if it was S4 and Phoebe had a choice of losing Cole and getting Prue back or Prue staying dead, Phoebe wouldn't need a second thought - Prue would stay dead.
Here's the bigger question. If Piper was the one who died during All Hell Breaks Loose and the Angel gave Prue the choice of either Piper coming back to life or Andy coming back to life (with Andy having died when he did), who do you think Prue would choose?
I truly don't know how to respond to this one myself!

Not a doubt in my mind, she would choose Piper, we saw how devastated Prue was in that small amount of time in which Piper had died at the hospital, Piper was her best friend, her confidant, the one person she trusted above all others. Andy was her soulmate, but Andy accepted his death, he told Prue it was his destiny to move on and that he was ready for it. Piper is Prue's little sister, no way she would choose anyone over her.
As for the original question I belive Piper would choose Leo to bring back, not that she doesn't love Prue, it's just that at this point in the show she was at a very different stage of life, she had two great sisters, some kids, a loving husband and she probably wouldn't have wanted to mess that up, knowing Piper though I think she would try to come up with a plan to get them both back, as we see in "Y Tu Mummy Tambien", Piper does not give in to choosing between loved ones.

Even though Piper claimed that she didn't have to chose between Phoebe and Paige in YTMT, we all know she would've picked Phoebe regardless. Nevertheless, I do agree with you. The funny thing is that Prue, as much as she is the protector of the family, she is very much a loner and was closest with Patty and Piper above everyone else. She would most likely save Piper over Andy - unless of course she had married and had kids with him, that might've changed things. Piper, on the other hand, is the heart of the family and, like it or not, her family is her husband and her kids. |

She would pick Leo over Prue. However if Piper had no children at that point in time, it would be harder. Knowing Piper she would try and find a way to get both back in a heartbeat.

When Prue was first gone. Phoebe got over losing her quickly enough. She was much more interested in being with Cole than grieving Prue, unlike Piper. After all, for Phoebe once Alyssa became the "star", it's was always all about PhoeME.

On the contrary, I think Phoebe was completely grief-stricken by Prue's death. People process grief in very different ways. Piper was the typical example, she broke down and was disconsolate about losing her best friend.
Phoebe was the opposite, instead of letting herself break down she channeled her energies in to their immediate problems, at first it was The Source and Paige, but over time I think she threw herself into her relationship with Cole, it consumed her, and she let it consume her to the point where she turned evil for him rather than risk losing him forever, when she was Queen she tried to stay with Cole and work with her sisters, we see that that was flawed in Phoebe's desperate attempt to keep her life together. It all reached a head when Cole was vanquished, that scene where Phoebe is on the bed crying her eyes out is the culmination of all that had happened to her in the previous year, losing Prue and Cole. She no longer had Cole to distract her, so gave in and broke down. I think this is why she was hardened towards Cole in the next season, she was ahsamed at giving herself so easily to him, and accepting that her love for him had died and that Prue was gone toughened her up to the point where she began to only think of herself.
That's my theory anyway. As usual we are left to deduce are own assumptions.

here what i think she chose prue then with her sisters find a way to unfreeze leo. because leo being frozen was used to modivate them to fight so when they won they wouldnt keep piper from leo. they find a way
