I don't think he did but he may have been suspicious.
Chris on the other hand had to know... unless he's always wanted to make out with his Aunt Phoebe.

No, I don't think so. He was shocked that she'd make out in front of their son, yet he had no idea. Even though they were married still. Already strange!  As for Chris: I think the boy knows his family well enough to find out who's who.  |

But no, he didn't realise. Not even after she said Leo could just take Wyatt from her and didn't care, which you'd think might be the most humungous red flag ever, but I guess not. Then again, that was often an issue with the sisters being replaced or possessed in later seasons.
It's also yet another issue with bringing Leo back. That scene, in fact that episode, was a good example of him being unnecessarily shoe-horned in for the sake of having Brian back.

Yet in 'Coyote Piper' Leo knew Piper wasn't Piper right off the bat. Strange. Not really. One was someone possessing her body, while the other was a spell that made the world see Mabel Stillman as Piper Halliwell. Two different things. Now Chris is another matter, I think they dropped the ball there. They should have made it so Mabel treated Wyatt poorly (not hurting him or anything, just yelling at him), which made Chris suspicious since he has memories of his mother being a great mother. Then, later on, the argument would really make Chris realize that something isn't right. As it is, it seems kind of quick for everything to be set right. |

As many here said, he had no idea. Neither did Chris, until Paige got the Gremlins to get him to witness how they all interacted with each other.
