I found the first Victor very slimy and creepy. The second was was kind of the opposite, all bumbly and unoffensive. I prefer the second one. Agree 😂

So, old me would've picked James Read, but I'm actually going to say Tony Denison's version. Merely because James Read's version seems so clueless about magic, whereas Tony Denison's version seems more aware about it and actually willing to work with "evil" (in this case, the shapeshifters). And, I think it'd be interesting to see him do it, again, in other episodes. I still stand by this. I never really got "creepy" vibes from the first Victor, ever. What I did get from the first Victor was poor acting. It's unfortunate that the writing dropped the ball on the second Victor and not having him being as complex, as the first Victor. Sure, the second Victor is more of the "family man", but the first Victor (at least, the script, anyway) having the wit to outsmart evil, as a being without any powers. Maybe even playing both sides and only out for himself (like Cole) and his daughters, OFC. Unfortunately, I only get this Victor in S1E3 "Thank You for Not Morphing". I'm not saying the second Victor is "bad". I'm just disappointed in his absolute cluelessness about magic, and how evil works. I like the more complex and selfish Victor of the first appearance of him. It contrasted so differently from the purity of his daughters.
