If this leads to a his own show, he better take Roy with him. And Dylan can be the reporter character. The fic ideas are already starting. Don't underestimate sterek fans . Cant argue with that. ☺ Roy still being on the run. The best choice is him going to another earth lol |

This has me wanting to find manips of Tyler as Superman now on tumblr. Who knows West maybe people jumped to their laptops or computers and made some soon as they heard the news yesterday. I suspect they'd probably see how Clark fares on Supergirl fan wise before he gets his own show that is if viewers like him then he probably will if they don't then he won't obviously. |

It wouldnt surprise me. I look forward to it. Good point. I think an origin series might be better that way they can do backstory and tie it in with supergirl. While a series on superman set after season 2 wouldnt allow much story as superman, lois, perry etc. are always already established characters. What do they do. That makes the casting of Tyler a smart move in a way. You have options. |

So, I tried to findout when this will be on Netflix? No answer. That's not fun. I want to watch on my TV, not computer.

Well, they usually bring things to Netflix shortly after the box sets come out. As that looks to be July, my guess is late July or early August for the Supergirl season one box set. Also, it is available on Amazon's "TV Season Pass," so that's an immediate option if you like Amazon.

Most actors/actresses know usually if they've got a role on a show for some time but can't say that out aloud for obvious reasons of course and only when the network allows them. |

Maybe flashback superman is clean shaven and present day superman isnt. That way the 12 year difference will work well for the story they tell. |

Problem with that is that they would have to wait for his beard to grow back before filming a new episode (if he did get his own show) or else do all flashbacks at once. I know it's not a full beard, but it's at least a day or two worth of growth. Right? I don't know much about beards, but that's at least that much right? |

Guess it depends on how much they use him. Because, like you said, they could do "in time" and then film "flashbacks" after. At this point, we've only heard he's in the first two episodes.
And the facial hair does age him. Because watching the Teen Wolf pilot and then like the second episode. Big difference.

Well from my own experience. It can grow back fairly quickly. It depends on the person and Tyler and me being similar age and hair color. Perhaps it might be a few days like me. A stubble for me takes 3 days.
But it depends if hes a success or not after 2 episodes. So flashbacks might not be used.

I know Tyler Hoechlin still from "7th Heaven" where he also played a part but I forgot his role name there. Sorry!  And also in a movie with Tom Hanks. Mmh, curious here as well.  |
