When Phoebe said goodbye to Jason at the airplane, they never said they were on a break or anything and they were talking on the phone throughout his stay in Japan, but yet, she told Paige she wasn't going to wait around for him and went on dates and almost went on a date with that dumb DJ. Then when Jason came back in the 1st episode of season 6, it was like they were never on a break and Jason actually referred to them as a long distance relationship...I feel like Phoebe cheated on him or at least attempted to...right?

Yeah, if she wasn't going to wait for him, she should have at least made him aware of that before she started dating.
I mean really, can you imagine the almighty stink Phoebe would have kicked up if it turned out Jason had been dating other women in Hong Kong? I don't believe for a second that the writers would have made that out to be okay.

Phoebe dated a lot of guys, with or without a boyfriend by her side. She wanted to have fun, obviously, even though it was long distant relationship with Jason. After their break, she jumped practically from one guy to another. *sighs*

You do realize that by the second half of the series', it was always about getting Phoebe into some guy's pants, whether she loved him or not. Right? I think it was always about bolstering La Milano's sexy image.

I feel the same as LJones. Phoebe became way to men-centric in the latter seasons. Still loved her but the character did get slightly annoying. Was always predictable whenever they were cursed that she'd be hit by something lust related. Took away from the core of the character.

I could of done without all the love interests - but it was most likely a WB demand and not a Brad Kern ones dear. Especially because we got all these 6 or 3 episode arc relationships. Cole and Jason were truly the long term ones that lasted more than 1 season.

I hated that we didn't get to see a break-up between Phoebe and Jason, like it wouldn't have to be a long scene just Phoebe discussing with Jason that she can't do a long distance relationship and she needs a man in her life that is going to be stable.
That's why I had such a problem with Phoebe getting that vision about the future, with her talking to Ladybug, because the whole show became about her trying to get that little girl, it was the same with Piper but at least I can respect Piper because after she saw her daughter the whole show didn't become Piper has to get pregnant to get her daughter she actually waited until Leo was allowed by the elders to get married.
I love Phoebe because of her free spirit but she needed to come back to Earth, on specific issues. I wanted her to still love protecting the innocents as much as she did in the first 4 seasons of Charmed. We get it she is maturing and thinking about the future but let's be honest, no adult would be that baby crazy.

I think that Phoebe was on a break with all the men, she tried to love Jason or Miles or Leslie but, after Cole, she wasn't able to love no one till Drake
She was aware of it, indeed she was searching for Ladybag's father, she wished to love again as a mom, not as a woman, she, again, dreaded love

Seems like what Cupid said in season 2 rang true later on for Phoebe obviously. She was close hearted until she met Drake which only lasted a short period of time obviously.

I just wished that they would give Drake more screen time and that Phoebe ended up marrying him. She was so happy and free. That would of been a greater present that the Elders could give rather than a Cupid. Drake would of been a perfect addition to the Halliwell family, he did seem to get along with everybody including Piper, and no one was suspicious of his actions which was a refreshing sight to see.
Would you agree?

I think the reason the elders gave Phoebe a cupid was because she was a hopeless romantic. And in theory Cupid was the perfect man for her on paper. Having said that maybe the roles of Coop and Drake should have been switched. However I don't mind the fact that Phoebe ended up with Coop unlike most on here. I liked him a lot.

Please don't think that I didn't love Coop, he was an amazing addition to the family and it seemed they lived perfectly after they got married.

I very much hated the lack of closure about Phoebe and Jason after Used Karma. My first fic was actually Phoebe getting some closure over that relationship, her second longest relationship at that point.

I'd like to read how you did that, even if I hated Phoebe and Jason as a couple. The only guys I liked her with were Leo, Andy, Darryl, Eric (from 'They're Everywhere') (and all of those were just friends), Cupid (from 'Heartbreak City') and Drake.

I liked Jason till My Three Witches
The world of desires in which Phoebe rushes is from Jason's desires and Jason wants her to be a successful woman, famous, beloved by the public, praised even
Apparently he doesn't know and doesn't understand Phoebe and I suspect that h'ld never have been satisfied to have a common woman, sweet, sensitive, good at her job He wished the superstar: Prue'ld have been a superstar without problems, Phoebe not
Drake'ld fit for her, a man who knows about magic and isn't a true demon and Alec also, a sweet and smart man who had faced blindness with courage

I really can't stand Phoebe from S4E14-S8, anyway. Not everybody she kisses/sleeps with needs to be some deep nor meaningful relationship. It's OK, if she's promiscuous.

Phoebe is close-hearted. Remember Cupid in s2 named most relationships for her and she said she didn't love all of them but he helped her open her heart and she found Cole. Did she ever cheat on Cole? No, right? He was her first real relationship and he broke her, so she closed her heart again - she only dated Jason because she found him hot. In reality, Jason is way more Prue's type than Phoebe's. She was happy with Drake for a bit but when he died, that was another hole left on her. Even Coop said she had a block on love.
