Keyword being "overrated" because I quite like (and not dislike) these "big bads". That being said, the 3 that I chose as being "overrated", as in getting a lot more praise than necessary, in no particular order and fluctuating:
Barbas
Cole Turner (Season 4 and 5)
Zankou
Though, my Cole Turner pick counts for Belthazor (Season 3), as well LOL I feel like the fans don't talk enough about the other "big bads" enough. It's usually these three that get talked about the most, IMO.

My choice would be: The Source, The Crone, Barbas in later seasons, The Avatars post S5, Dumain (since I can't even recall who he is.)
Christy imo wasn't really a villain. She was a poor made character. Who with much better writing would have so much potential for both being the villain or the hero.
But since we can only pick three. Here are my votes: Source S4-8, Crone, Dumain.
