Guns don’t affect demons, but they do distract them for awhile. And they were enchanted with a spell or something, then they could’ve hurt demons. Should human Cole be allowed to keep a weapon on himself? Especially considering who he used to be and also that he was living in a house which is regularly attacked? Or did Phoebe do the right thing by snatching it away and letting Leo get rid of it in the ‘Muse to My Ears’ episode?

I never saw the point of the whole gun thing. I mean, as you said, guns were useless against Warlocks and Demons anyway, so why bother having one.

Cole found himself human,it was not a free choice as for Leo
Without powers, he felt helpless especially toward humans, who never had been a problem for him
In The Good, The Bad, and The Cursed, Cole uses his gun with skill and pleasure
I understand the frightened reaction of a peaceful person as Phoebe and I agree with Prue:
Prue: Like I said, once a demon always a demon

Guns should not have been useless against warlocks, since they are simply former witches gone bad.
The Halliwells were about as peaceful as a barracuda. As I have always said . . . "Once a human, always a human." And I was not being complimentary.

I like humans, after all If you do not love the genre to which you belong, with what do you empathize with?

Enchant him somehow so that any bullet fired from a gun in his hand would have more power against demons but none against good witches. I'm sure they could've come up with something to that effect if they bothered to try. Guns should not have been useless against warlocks, since they are simply former witches gone bad. Not gonna lie: that's actually a very good point.

The gun, itself, is useless against demons. However, Phoebe's argument against the gun wasn't really about that. Her argument was "wrong", but Cole having a gun to ward off demons was silly especially since this is something he should know. Aside from that, Cole should have the right to carry a gun, to protect himself in a real world scenario, but IK that's not what the gun would be used for. IK Cole can physically fight, so the gun would be useless, either way. The episode was a cheap way to spread their anti-gun message, but I digress.

I would agree with you since Cole bought it then it's his right to keep for protection as a human if he feels comfortable with it. Even if he can physically fight being unarmed can be useless if you don't know how or don't feel comfortable trying to disarm somebody.

Though, he said he "knew people" lol

Past criminals from when he was an ADA perhaps?
Of course not having powers anymore Cole would want to protect himself and Phoebe also. Regarding that Cole would just have to have been careful where and when he used the gun overall.
