I was surprised to learn that Eric Dane was on Charmed. I only know him from "The Last Ship". There have been many guest starts and semi regulars that have traveled around the TV dial. Do we know who they were or where they went?
Julian McMahon (Cole) was Det. John Grant on Profiler with Ally Walker.
Jorden Bridges (Shane) is Beau Bridges son and Lloyd Bridges grandson. He is now on Rizzoli and Isles
Michael Weatherly (Brendan) was a main stay on NCIS until last season
Jamie Pressly (Mylie) was cast in My Name is Earl and won an emmy
Melinda Clarke (Siren) worked on C.S.I., The O.C., The District and more shows than I can list
Jodi Lyn O'Keefe (Spider Demon) was a regular on Nash Bridges before she spun weds on Charmed.
I am sure there is much to add here.

There are plenty of times I'm watching something and go "I KNOW THIS PERSON! WHERE?!?" And IMDB says Charmed.
Norman Reedus was in S5 as Nate, Paige's married love interest. He's currently in The Walking Dead. Amy Adams played Maggie Murphy in S2. She's been a big movie star since. Arnold Vosloo, in the same episode, played the darklighter. He was in The Mummy before Charmed and has done many things since. Oded Fehr, Zankou throughout S7, was also in The Mummy and has done a lot of work since Charmed. Kerr Smith, aka Agent Kyle Brody in S7, was in Dawson's Creek before Charmed.

These are ones I've seen on shows I've watched:
T. W. King (Andy) was on an episode of CSI: Miami. David Chisum (Micah/Mitch) was also on the same episode of CSI: Miami as Ted King. Misha Collins (the guy Phoebe had a crush on in "They're Everywhere") is now one of the main characters in Supernatural. Marnette Patterson (Christy) was on an episode of Supernatural as well. Kaley Cuoco (Billie) is on Big Bang Theory. Adair Tishler (Ladybug) was on Heroes. Andrew James Allen (Kevin, the young elder) was on an episode of CSI: Miami. Wes Ramsey (Adult Wyatt) was on CSI: Miami as a recurring character. Boti Bliss (Abbey) was on CSI: Miami as a recurring character. Drew Fuller (Adult Chris) was one of the main characters in the movie, The Ultimate Gift. James Read (Victor) was on an episode of CSI: NY and an episode of Star Trek: Voyager.
These are ones on shows I've heard of, but haven't actually seen:
Drew Fuller was also on Army Wives. Wes Ramsey was also on The Playboy Club
I know more, but that'll do for now.

James Read played George Hazard in North & South, together with Patrick Swayze (RIP) and many other stars back in the 1980ies. That's where I know him from.

Quite a few guest stars on Charmed went on to bigger and better things (John Cho, Amy Adams, and Norman Reedus, for example).
Of all the regular stars listed in the opening credits, it's Kaley Couco who's had the most success post-Charmed. She landed the role of Penny on Big Bang Theory, just a little over a year after Charmed ended.

Ted King also done Timecop the tv series I believe.
He and Greg (Dan Gordon) were in General Hospital to.
Gildhart Jackson was a Men Of Letters on Supernatural plus an Ancient scientist on Stargate Atlantis.
Doctor Stone from season 2's 'They're Everywhere' was a reccurring cop on CSI Miami.
And Bruce Campbell's best known as Ash from 'The Evil Dead' series plus Hercules and Xena playing Autolycus The King Of Thieves.

The only ones I've seen much of recently-
Victor Webster (Continuum) Amy Adams (movies) John Cho (movies) Neil Roberts (Soap operas) Kaley Cuoco (Big Bang)
Also rewatched Veronica Mars and Angel, so seen quite a lot of Charisma Carpenter recently.
I haven't really seen any of the leads for a while. Holly was in "Pretty Little Liars" but I quit watching. It's a while since Rose has been in "Once Upon a Time" now... oh but Oded Fehr is joining the cast, so I'll see him. I think the last time I saw Alyssa on TV was in "My Name is Earl" and that was ages ago.

Finola Hughes was someone I knew from the soap "General Hospital" she work on the show off and on from 1963 until 2006. She originated the role of Victoria in the original London production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Cats". I saw this on Broadway in the mid 80's and was not award of her connection. She started out as a dancer and was in "Staying Alive" and "Saturday Night Fever". She is still working but is now doing a lot of producing and directing. If she was the mother of the Charmed Ones, Piper as Prue said is the one that most looks like her.

Just Shannen Doherty from 90210. I was in my early 20s when this was airing in the early 90s. Had no idea who the rest were.
