Does anyone remember why they originally had Wyatt forcefielding Chris in the season 5 finale and in the season 6 premiere?

Besides inconsistency of the writing with who Chris was....
Probably because Chris came in hating Wyatt. Chris was not subtle, especially alone with Wyatt. Wyatt could possibly sense danger/threat from Chris's everything.

I think it mainly had to do with the inconsistency where Chris wasn't supposed to be Piper's until Holly found out she was pregnant while they were filming "The Sword of the City" and the reason why Drew Fuller was on for more than eight episodes. Who knows what would've happened with that storyline had she not found out...
Brad Kern says he told Drew Fuller from the start that he was supposed to be Piper and Leo's son, but for me, that's just spin.

Well Chris had a lot of hatred for Wyatt when he first arrived in the past. He'd just spent several years under dystopian rule from an older, evil version of Wyatt, so I can understand why he would have trouble seperating the two versions of his older brother. And I suppose younger Wyatt could sense that high level of hatred Chris had for him at first, so used his forcefield. Obviously the longer Chris spent in the past the more he came to love and care for the younger, purer version of Wyatt, as Chris' feeling's changed so did Wyatt's to the point where he didn't feel he needed a forcefield because he wasn't feeling any animosity from Chris anymore.

Maybe simply Wyatt didn't know Chris at that time and saw anyone new as danger, even though his family was around. With time, they got to know each other again and could start a different relationship - as brothers.

I think as adzpower, Chris was full of hard feelingand fears when he came back
Probably, living with his family, he began to see Wyatt for what he was, a child, and to understand that his powers weren't enough to protected him from the naivete of children

I don't think it has anything to do with that. If Brad said he told Drew, he must have. Who are we to question? My personal opinion was well...Chris wasn't exactly a warm character when he first came. He only became warmer when Phoebe busted him. Before that, he kinda kept his distance and Little Wyatt probably didn't feel safe until Chris saved him in Prince Charmed.

Wyatt probably sensed anger and hatered from Chris and thought he was dangerous not knowing who he was hence the forcefield initially which he didn't put up anymore once he got to know him.

Wyatt has been seen not putting up his shield against a demon baby because the demon baby didn't give Wyatt a reason to put up his shield. Chris did with his negative energy, which Wyatt viewed as a threat. It wasn't, until Chris softened up (around Wyatt) is when Wyatt no longer felt threatened by Chris.
