Notice a pattern, it seems every season another female writer leaves, most likely challenging Kern and his team, and them off they go next season, and replaced by a back-up writer the following season who returns to the show.
Its very interesting to see how the writing staff changes season to season. I found this little research fun to get a true picture of when things turn bad.

Notice a pattern, it seems every season another female writer leaves, most likely challenging Kern and his team, and them off they go next season, and replaced by a back-up writer the following season who returns to the show.
Its very interesting to see how the writing staff changes season to season. I found this little research fun to get a true picture of when things turn bad.
