I caught David Attenborough's Planet Earth and watched all the episodes of season 2 recently.
Outstanding television, I am a huge fan of any nature documentaries. I am always interested in learning about the world, and the photography and HD is just amazing to see close ups of all the animals. These things make me really appreciate life in general and knowing what is out in the world.
Anyone who likes watching documentaries like this, I highly recommend you check it out. Cannot wait for The Blue Planet II later this year.

Melinda I know exactly what one your talking about with Morgan Freeman narrating. Loved that documentary. I guess being a nature person isn't for everyone and that is okay. Since I love travelling, I am just such a explorer and love going on an adventure and seeing the world. So these documentaries really are fun for me. Although I just like documentaries on other non nature stuff too.

I used to avoid documentaries like the plague once upon a time, but recently began watching them. So far the majority I’ve watched are the air crash investigation ones. There was also one documentary on the fastest and strongest big wildcats which I really enjoyed. Also took a look at the Steve Jobs interview and Hitler: A Career on Netflix. Those were interesting too. I guess being a nature person isn't for everyone and that is okay. Since I love travelling, I am just such a explorer and love going on an adventure and seeing the world. So these documentaries really are fun for me. Although I just like documentaries on other non nature stuff too. As long as there’s wifi, smartphone, a very comfortable bed and yummy food, I’ll be happy to climb Mount Everest even But otherwise, you’re right. Nature thing isn’t for everyone. Though a part me does want to give the nature thing a try once atleast.

I couldn't agree more, I do love travelling and exploring. And I agree with you on a comfortable bed and good food. I guess for me, I try and be more active, and not wish to be stuck inside by a computer or smartphone too often. I guess I just like a balance in my life.

I've seen the benefits of being active and spending more time with nature in my grandmother. She could easily run circles around the mall and whole city when it came to shopping and still somehow cook and and keep her house clean at the end of the day. Sometimes even throw a party at the end of the day. And then all set to repeat the process the next day Naturally, she didn't use or even cared about the internet or smartphone or PC. Things nowadays we feel we'll die without.

I remember watching Walking With Dinosaurs when it first came out thinking how awesome it was the way they portrayed them.
